The salad plates completed my collection. They are perfection. Wish I had started collecting when I was much younger but better late than never. The colours are brilliant. It is a first class product and I couldn't be happier.

It seems a bit unfair to give this only 4 stars because it had a noticeable flaw - some pits in the front surface. After all, it is a second, and the picture is gorgeous. But out of 26 seconds items I have bought, only two have had flaws that you would notice, and this is one of them. We still love it and use it though.

I ordered these side plates to replace/add to the set I already have. Unfortunately they are smaller than the original ones which I have since learned have been discontinued. Also on the undersides are small circles where the integrity of the glaze is poor.
This dinner service is a timeless classic. I’ve had my dinner ware for over 20 years. It’s been washed in the dishwasher and had to handle some rough treatment from my husband! A regular dinner set would not have stood the test of time! But my beautiful Portmeirion has!
The lids supplied are fine but the washers they come with lift the lid from the pots, there fore no airtight seal ! It is a pain in the bottom to keep having to twist the lids to make them seat properly, please do something about this as it is not consistent with your otherwise excellent product !
Came nicely packaged and in floral patterns that I didnt have which was nice! I have had the Portmeiron Botanical garden dishes as my everyday dishes for over 34 yrs. They are beautiful and so sturdy. Unfortunately, like with anything, over time, pieces get broken and the more frequently used pieces. Decided that we were lacking in certain things. So glad I found them.

Very pleased to be able to purchase 6 dinner plates to go with our other Botanic Garden dishes and side plates. Such a beautiful set and great value in the sale. The service was excellent, they came really quickly. Love Portmeirion products.
Very disappointed as size of plates is smaller than those l purchased some years ago. Was expecting the same as no indication was given of a change in size.They are not even big enough to take a slice of bread. Whoever approved this size change did not it seems give enough thought to the change in size.
