Posca PC 3M Paint Marker Silver
Uni POSCA Paint Markers were introduced to the Japanese market in 1983 by Mitsubishi Pencil Co., an innovative manufacturer that had already expanded well beyond its original business of making wood-cased pencils. Like Mitsubishi's other Uni brand products, POSCA quickly swept into shops, offices, and studios worldwide, thanks to its non-toxic, opaque ink that covers and flows like paint—but eliminates the mess, odor, and inconvenient application of other paint markers. POSCA works on pretty much any surface, from paper to metal, so you can use it for art, craft projects, addressing envelopes, marking your name on your lunch, and quite a bit more. These brightly colored markers are popular with graffiti artists and mixed-media painters, schoolteachers and calligraphers. POSCA paint is permanent on porous surfaces like paper and wood, and removable with Windex from non-porous surfaces like glass and metal. This is the POSCA PC-3M, with a fine rounded felt tip that makes neat lines from 0.9 to 1.3 mm, depending on your pressure and writing angle. It's great for drawing, household use, and decorating windows and chalkboards, and it comes in a huge range of color choices. Sold individually—choose your color from the dropdown menu. Also available in a variety of other sizes and shapes. Made in Japan.

I have always loved Posca paint pens for their vibrancy and how smooth they glide on the paper. This glitter pen is no exception. It gave my drawings this beautiful sparkle and shine. It deserves no less than five stars. I bought four more colors and they all worked great.

Buy these! If you need a high quality paint marker with good pigment, these are the way to go! I got black and white, and both have great pigment! I used them to put designs on terracotta pots.. and one coat was fine, and 2 coats was perfect! I tried the Craftsmart brand by accident (trying to buy another one of these) and the quality did NOT COMPARE! it was like water

They are great for finer lined projects, and adding dimension. However, you have to keep a little pressure on them / shake as they have a tendency to dry at the tip and spray a little. It’s usually manageable but something to be aware. The Mr series maybe a better fit if you’re not work on surfaces you can easily re-touch or if you’re more particular. This particular takes more go-overs to be noticeable.

I LOVE Posca Paint Markers! I use them for journaling; adding fine details to art pieces where more manual dexterity is needed to paint fine lines; for smoothing lined edges; filling in blocks of colors…. I like the diversity of the different nib/tip sizes offered.
I've been using posca paint markers for about a year now and they are probably the best paint markers I've ever used. I gave them 4 stars because not all of there colors come in every size, for instance this slate gray only comes in there ultra fine tip and not in there fine tip, medium tip or broad tip. It would be nice to have there neon color set including there green and blue in finer tips as well. Other than that the quality of the makers are 100%.
Poca paint makers are okay! They work on many diff materials including clothing. They’re not easily washed off of hands or counters. I have two autistic children one is fine with the sound the markers make when using and the others sensory is triggered by the sound!
I love these Posca paint pens. I feel so confident using them; I don't feel confident to just go with the flow when using a paintbrush. You do need to shake them to get them going and always try them on something other than your project first to make sure they don't blot. They never have with me, but I've read that it sometimes happens. I certainly recommend them. I don't know how long they last.
Posca are the best next to Molotow which are harder to find. Be sure to look at the mm size of the tip and it's shape written on the pen because the size of the pen doesn't necessarily reflect that. I'm liking the bullet shaped tips better then the points lately. you need the points for smaller stuff but they do spatter a lot....
I absolutely LOVE these paint markers… especially for fine detail over top of my mixed medium pieces. I will say they glide best over top of dried acrylic paint or ink. The amount of time I save using these is so valuable, as opposed to a tiny paint brush (constantly dipping the brush in water and paint, water and paint, water and paint etc.) I wouldn’t recommended these for blocking in large areas of color in your piece, but for fine detail work I can’t sing them enough praise!
This is the one of the best markers I have ever purchased. I will definitely purchase again. It is so easy to use and works the exact way I expected it to. I will purchase several others in different colors.
