Pool is great. Don’t listen to other reviews who say the cover don’t work they just didn’t have the patience to try. It’s hard to get on the first time. After it’s on it almost molds and stretches to fit perfect. I can put it on my self no problem but always easier with two. Filter it comes with isn’t that good we upgraded to a sand filter and it’s been amazing. Definitely recommend this pool!

-pool cover does not fit-when trying to set up the legs are very finicky due to the belt going all the way around the pool (when you put one leg out to straighten it out the ones on the other side pull back in towards the pool). Aside from these issues the pool is great! would recommend! Very large and great for adults!

Was a great pool purchased from Costco. Thanks Don’t expect more than a good year. Easy install in 2019/2020. Couldn’t take it apart after 1 year the vinyl melted to the frame. Pool filter motor Died after the 1st year so I replaced it. A lot of rust appeared in year 2 everywhere. Ladder feet completely rusted out so I replaced the ladder. Year 3 everything had rusted so badly that I bought replacement legs. Today the liner tore down the middle and drained 3500 gallons of water in my yard and my neighbors. Ground was graded and level. Good sand base w a tarp above.

I ordered this brand new(delivered 1 week ago, installed 3/18/24) and the last thing I thought I'd encounter right off the bat was not just A hole, but MULTIPLE holes. It's a shame that we pay this much for a product, not to mention the cost of water to fill it, only to find out after filing it that there are several holes. I am VERY disappointed in this purchase and I don't think I'll ever buy from this company again. I was also sent 3 solar pads for my pool and the only instructions included were for 1 panel. The instructions that were in the package only included pictures, no actual instructions. If you are looking for a decent pool, I would highly suggest you go with another company. Borrowed a truck to return, got it to customer service where they told me I couldn't return it there. After getting a permit, and realizing we HAD to put up a fence (more $$!) We put pool up. Don't believe their 'reach out to us if you have any issues', they're unreachable/%26/or ignore you. This valve was crimped/squashed--they didn't care. There is NO way someone could put this up in 30 min fyi or imo do it alone 2 people min, 3 preferably. Ladder is shaky %26 insufficient, pump will probably be inadequate. I purchased this around July 27th 2023, one month after having it the pump quit working and the chemicals I purchased in the aisle where I purchased the pool were not working... tried to return to the store and they told me to contact Coleman... it is a computer system that you call and they call you back, which they never did. It was probably the worst purchase of my life, disassembly and taking it in to return/bringing it back home hurt my body because I am permanently injured from a motorcycle wreck in 2017. The extra insurance I purchased refused to reimburse me because it broke during the manufacturers warranty. Potentially this terrible review will spark somebody to contact me. Would do 0 stars if that was a thing.
We purchased this pool from Walmart, we disregarded the fact that the box had previously been opened and taped closed. We didn’t open and setup the pool until a few weeks after purchase and of course we contacted Walmart for a return and we’re told no.After opening the box everything looked normal but when we started assembling we noticed that the straps on the side of the pool had been cut and both sides of the are bowing downwards. We paid almost $800 for this pool and can’t even use it. The assembly alone took more than a hour with 3 people at that. The pool also went on sale ($300 difference) about a week after our purchase.Worst purchase ever!
Overall the pool is good. Very easy to set up even with just one person. The "cover" is absolute garbage. Its far too small and im surprised that the company hasnt fixed the issue. My advice to anyone buying this is to use the tarp they provide for the ground sheet as the pools cover and use the "cover" they provide for the ground sheet. You will also want to upgrade the filter as the one provided is far too small.
I purchased the power steel 13.91 x8.2 x39.5 pool set . It was the best thing I did this summer . It is easy to install In less than 45 minutes, since the pandemic hit and we couldnt go anywhere it was the best thing to do. It included the ladder and filter and pump no accessories such as maintenance kit. This I had to purchase seperatly. After setting the pool up it took anout 45 minutes to fill it up. Initially I read that the pump does not work was not sufficient enougb to keep the pool clean, but since my neighbor had a biggger pool and is more experienced guided me about how ro keep the ph from using clariyer to bleach to maintain the water clear. I sinply run the house through it to clean it out , and teust me the pump works great despite sime people saying rhe pump isn’t sufficient enough. Anyways this was alot of fun some friends and family wanted to buy it and they were sold out . I hit it just in time early April. We are still having lots of fun I myself my sons my mother and friends are still enjoying it. I hipe it will hild up for next year . It not that difficult or high maintence , this is my first time . Only thing I wish that was build into the pump is a timer. Customer sercice for Bestway is not easy The maintenance kit I needed and tried tonpurchase through bestway , it took them a month to get back to me . In the package it comes with a coupon I tried using it to pirchase the maintenance kit , when they finally hot back to be the price was way higher despite me speaking to some representative that called me and the shipping fee was almost same price if not higher than the price of maintenace kit; therefore I was force to purchase one from walmart instead. Despite this I am a very happy mom to have purchased this pool would highly reccommend .

I loved this pool right up until I tried to hook up a pool vacuum hose to it. You cannot. The inlet to the filter is less than an 1" in diameter. The smallest size vacuum hose available is 1 1/4" in diameter. Who designs a 3600 gallon pool without the ability to clean it unless you drain it? . The suggestion in the book that comes with the pool suggests that you clean your feet in a bucket before entering. Well, that MIGHT reduce some sediment, but what about the wind blowing dust into your pool.
