Have bought this product before as the brand is recommended for VW’s & I have a few of themTook it back as it looked half full/empty grabbed 2 more to show the staff & the Duty Manager (female) she advised me that that’s how they come I wanted it stated on their computer system that I wasn’t happy etc & to have it in writingWhy don’t the manufacturers use smaller bottles for less liquid ? Or just give you a full bottle & charge you ?

Castrol power steering fluid is of a good quality and works really well.

Power steering fluid does what it's supposed to do. Only complaint I have is the difficulty in getting the foil seal off. Why can't Castrol put a pull tab on the foil? Their motor oil is the same!
