I find this is great to use in chocolate bliss balls and raw slices, desserts, etc, when teamed with sweeter ingredients. You get the most out of it nutritionally if you don't heat it. I've also tried using it to make hot chocolate but the flavour and consistency aren't ideal... lots of honey needed to make it taste nice.

This is the best cacao to buy. It's totally delicious, has a deep rich chocolate taste, smooth and silky in smoothies and bowls.
Great chocolate flavour without all the sugar of some supermarket brands. Delicious in milk as a hot chocolate on a cool night. I added a little honey to slightly sweeten.
I have been using this cacao powder for the past year, and love the flavor and texture. I use it every day to make drinks. It's so good knowing that it's the pure powder, and that I'm not having to use the imitation stuff from the supermarket. I think Power Super Foods Cacao Powder is fantastic. It's also good that I can buy in bulk. I usually buy 2x250gr, and this lasts for quite a while.I would also like to say that I received my parcel more quickly than I'd anticipated.....in 2 or 3 days after I placed the order, and the powder was packed well and arrived undamaged. I will always buy this powder and wouldn't contemplate buying any other.
The best tasting cacao! I use it every day. I love it sprinkled on my breakfast cereal.
Didn't think there could be much of a difference with cocoa powders. I was wrong! This is delicious! It has a really silky texture to it and tastes great. I use it in my smoothies and to make chocolates. Perfect
