Power it is my go to beverage for rehydration but only that fruit punch flavor. I have been drinking Powerade for a long time because I never fails to refresh and satisfy my thirst whenever I need it. It has a good level of nutrition but it can also be unhealthy if you drink too much so make sure you drink in moderation. This is definitely a must have in my fridge. Taste really good cold and chilled . In my shopping trip I usually power up (healthily ) with this one !

JUST LIKE BEING BACK AT THE DORM DINING HALL/NOW DISNEY RESORTS

This flavor takes me back. I used to drink in college at Dining hall. THEN I forgot all about it. Then it’s the only drink other than the free tea at Disney resorts that I touch. I cut out all soda last 5 years lost 40 pounds not gaining back one pound. I still myself find this sugary but I dilute it down slight water but not much. Because it’s licensed by coke Alwys found on Disney properties and this particular size is 4.50 in machines GASP YES and when in their dining food halls I get it to fill up on with meals. It takes me back to college :) I buy it for home when on sale! The smooth flavor on this is better than Gatorade blues.

POWERADE Electrolyte Enhanced Mountain Berry Blast

Too sweat! I don't know if there's been a formula change or what, but this batch was entirely too sweet. I've been drinking full strength Powerade for more than a decade without any issues. I plan to try the zero sugar formulation next since it does not contain any artificial sweeteners. If it's it still tastes too sweet, I'll be switching to Gatorade.
