Mydeal acknowledged my complaint but I've had no further corrspondence. I'll never deal with mydeal ever again. Be assured I'll also blacken the name on social media. It is the best mower I’ve had we bought it because our zero turn mower blew up the hydraulic pump and we needed to mow our paddock so I decided on a push mower well I should have got one years ago best deal ever and very very quick delivery I will recommend it reverytime now
It makes mowing easier being self propelled and we also purchased it for the push button start, we are old and over pulling starter cords. Good height adjustment options. My husband says he's not tired after using it.
The engine is either off or full speed. It would be better with an engine idle setting.
I find it fast to keep up with when on self-propelled, and heavy to push when not on.But a good strong machine.
I have used this product a total of six times to mow flat residential block. Third occasion the auto starter stopped working. I was not overly concerned as I still had the pull cord. Now on the sixth occasion the spindle is now jammed and I can't start the mower. Avoid on all costs
Love the electric start, self propeller but it doesn’t push the cut grass into the catcher very well, the chute clogs and I have to empty the catcher more often to clear the chute.
The only short coming is the auto stop when the throttle bar is released. Probably a safety feature when emptying the catcher. The battery start is of course a quick way to restart.
