I've been using this on my indoor plants for a couple of years. I feel like they do much better (more leafy and a healthier green) with this than just seasol.Very cost effective way to fertilise pot plants as I only need to use one or two capfuls in a 9 litre watering can so the bottle lasts for ages. I use it about once a month in spring and summer on all my plants.Because it's so concentrated, it is a bit smelly when you take the lid off but I don't notice any smell once it's diluted and on my plants.

I used under the amount it recommended and put in a 9 litre watering can for 20 plants and after a few days all my plants have yellowed and died, and I’m almost sure it was from the fertiliser they were completely fine before it. And I realised that it has a really high amount of nitrogen which destroyed my plants, won’t purchase ever again.

Keeps my skin moisturised and feeling great. Don't get it in your eyes, will only try that once. Also doubles as a mixer with Jager, suggest diluting with seasol though.
Well all my plants are growing up a storm after I purchased this a few weeks ago, so I guess it works. It sticks, but the smell fades after a while.
