This little piece is an excellent investment. It is sturdily made and well-designed. You can be confident on it as it won't rock or move. It took me an hour to assemble but I took my time. You'll need a 17mm and a locking plier. Make sure you tighten all but wait until it's all put together. I'm looking forward to tightening up my abs, back and legs and this is the machine for it!

I have had back musclular problems for years. This has really helped me fortify my lower back. I feel the difference when I walk and move around. It is a simple ""machine'" but it does its job. Also my abdominals have also tucked in a bit and I can see the difference in about 2 weeks. I still can't get my fiancee and daughter to use it regularly because they are fearfull that it will tip over but it is safe. I have no regrets with buying this product.

I bought a vkr ghd and a adjustable bench. All great pieces of kit but all.the pads came damaged and ripped. I've not had a response yet. But presumed it's because they are so busy hece why I gave them 3 stars. I'd definitely buy again as equipment was rock solid
my bolts are longer than they need to be so the bolts dont tighten even with the washers provided, i am buying more washers to make it tighter, otherwise is a bargain.

Bought this as this piece of apparatus does not seem to be common in the gyms I have visited. I finally got to assemble the piece of equipment. It is a fairly heavy, strong & sturdy apparatus that has no "give" when in use. It shows no sign of movement - even with someone in their low to high 90Kg in weight. The two vertical supports with the horizontal spar are best loosely assembled before fitting to the base. The handle welds don't look particularly neat but they aren't seen below the square support pads.
Arrived quickly, instructions are absolutely fantastic to put Roman chair together. Very happy with purchase, good quality.
