There is a (0.2kg) variation between the eshown by this scale and the scales used by the aged care facility where I live. I think the latter is most accurate. Otherwise appearance is good and operation simple.
My Dumbbell broke the first day and powertrain helped me out but Harvey Norman made the fun of everything, didn't help me at all. Please be aware Harvey Norman online does not even have a phone number, support is only via messages and WhatsApp.
