A while back I tried an AminoZ pre-workout, and wasn't impressed. The taste was not inspiring and I couldn't wait to finish it, to move on to another product.Well here we are a few years down the track and I was due to shell out another $60-80 for a pre, when this new product caught my eye. At around 38 bucks for 60 serve pack its a hell of a lot cheaper than my normal products and reading through the nutritional profile showed promise. The value on offer here is amazing, this pre is easily as good as the big brand pre's and in my opinion, better. Give it a crack, you won't be disappointed.

Decided to try this as other amino z generic products have been excellent to date (love the flavourless protein powder). Have tried numerous pre workouts over the years from no xplode to all the C4s (which till now have been the best), Optimun Nutrition, and more recently Total War, but I have to admit that this trumps them. Firstly for the energy it gives, and very surprisingly the added strength it gives me in workout, I can lift about 20% heavier weights, so gives me the confidence to push myself as i usually train alone. Secondly for the taste firstly (cola) compared to my previous fav blue raz. And lastly for the price which is about 30% cheaper than the more popular brands. 1st time I used it couldn't sleep that night but has been fine since. Ive used amino z complete pre workout for awhile now and am very happy with the product. You really get a pump and the extra energy. Ive been able to lift heavier and longer to get most of my workout. And its alot cheaper than the other commercial pre workouts available. Highly recommended!
