I love premier shakes, but this pumpkin spice was so gross. I returned the case via fedex to Walmart for a refund, but they claimed they never received the package. The tracking number clearly states it was delivered to their warehouse, and I spent weeks being tossed around to various Walmart reps who were incompetent and claimed they couldnāt refund the delivered returned case. One rep told me I had to do a chargeback on my cc to get a refund which is what I ultimately had to do to get my money back. Iāve never experienced such a hassle returning an item at Walmart. Iām less likely to make any purchases on this site now. Donāt purchase this flavor. Itās awful.

After trying the rootbeer I was enthusiastic to try the fall flavor and as pumpkin spice season arrives i like to try different things. This was a let down. Admittedly im more of a sweet potatoes pie girl but this disappointed in the way you think you're going to get sweet potato and its pumpkin made with too much evaporated milk and over powering pumpkin after taste and no spice. It was better cold and added to a coffee. Stand alone doesnt convince me to buy more.
Flavor isnāt overwhelming or overpowering, but I have found putting it in with blender and ice or mixed with shaved ice made for perfect texture. One of my kids said it smelled like pee with pumpkin is the worst I can say but it isnāt a āpeeā smell itās literally that protein shake smell (or a lot like ensure) I wouldnāt recommend it for people who want a heavy pumpkin spice, because Iād say itās pretty mild and borderline more cinnamon instead. Favorite flavor in our home is banana cream then strawberry. A little pricey compared to other flavors. Fast delivery and good packaging.

I was very disappointed in this pumpkin pie flavored "shake." First, if a drink is the consistency of skim milk, it is not a "shake." Also, it has an artificial coconut flavoring undertone that is not good. Premier Protein Shakes generally have better flavors than other protein shakes, but the only ones I've tried that have a creamy (though not heavy) consistency are the Cafe Latte, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and the regular Chocolate. This brand is rapidly becoming too expensive, in my opinion, and they would be wise to realize that they will sell far less if their product is overpriced.
The first one or two were okay. However, by the third one, I started to notice... things... floating in the drink. I thought perhaps it happened during the chilling process, so I opened one that hadn't been chilled, but it was the same. I threw it away and put another one in the fridge, thinking surely I wouldn't find a third like that. When I opened it today, I put it through the strainer, and guess what? Disgusting chunks were caught. What IS that?! This is so disgusting, and I feel cheated because this package is open and cannot be returned now. This was a huge waste of money. DO NOT BUY!!
