Ordered 2 different bands for size. With the larger band the cups were in the wrong place and the straps were too wide set and slipping off, the smaller band size is a good fit at the front but just a bit on the tight size across the back and there is not much stretch in the material. Prima Donna could do with putting an extra cm or 2 on the band length. I have this same bra in a different colour and the band is about 7/8 cm longer on the old bra. Even allowing for old bra stretch I am sure they are cutting them a bit tighter. Don't like the 3 hook system I find it very difficult to do up and to add insult to injury I had such difficulty doing up this tight awkward fixing that I put my thumb through the material of my nice new bra. Duh ...

A twenty year favorite! Great for small ribs and large bust!

This Prima Donna Deauville is one of the most supportive and comfortable bras made. The straps never dig, and the bra provides support and uplift making your waist look smaller. I have been known to sleep in it at the end of a long day; that is how comfortable it is. Always hand wash your good lingerie in cold water and hang it to dry; if you do this and have at least three bras to rotate, these bras last for two-three years with proper care. A great investment for comfort, good posture, and no dents in your shoulders (and I am an "I-J" cup). You will not regret this purchase. Absolutely gorgeous design and color!

I love this bra! Amour is a beautiful color, and the lace detail is so delicate and pretty. It's really comfortable and gives such a custom fit with the stretchy lace. The rest of the cup is double-layer and very supportive. The straps are really soft and cushioned. I would highly recommend trying it if you haven't!

Beautiful Bra

I love the design and fit of the bra cup. It fit me exactly in that area, however, I had to return my initial purchase and size up the band. I've never had to do that ever with any other brand, but it is what it is. I am happy with my return purchase. Very pretty. Holds the girls up without needing padding, which I hate. I wish more than basic colors were available in my size. I bought a latte and a powder rose.

Deauville Fuller Cup (I-K) Bra - Amour Amour / 38 / I

Great support. Have had this style bra in many different colours for many years. Although expensive they do last especially if hand washed. The fit is great and it is so comfortable and stylish too.

Fantastic bra! Very comfortable, supportive and gives a great shape under clothes. For a full cup bra it’s low enough in the middle to wear with quite low necklines. Have it in black too. Fully intend to just re-buy this every time it wears out, please don’t ever discontinue!!

I’ve probably left a review on this bra and it’s sister design, Madison, before. My opinion hasn’t changed after five years of wearing this style. This style, and Madison, provides the most comfortable support that I’ve ever had in a bra. With its wide straps, the weight is well distributed and, frankly, if the straps are adjusted properly, they’re not slipping. It doesn’t hurt that the materials used, particularly the lace and the embellishment on the straps, are really beautiful. I also appreciate that Prima Donna has made an effort to produce “fashion” colors. The Deauville is particularly suited for wear under blouses and other non-clingy clothes...at least for me. Great, supportive bra

This is my go-to Prima Donna Bra. For someone with a big bust and smaller waist/band and one side larger than the other, this bra fit all my needs. I spoke with Christine in the BN fit expert line and she is very knowledgeable about the bras, their fit and sizing. I wear this in a 38H. It fits very snug when you first wear it, but don't let that keep you from wearing it because it does strech out some, but not so much that it changes the fit. I love the lace--so pretty and comfortable, but I do wish they made this same support and coverage in a smoother bra, for tighter/closer fitting clothes/tops. I've tried other PD bras that are smoother, but I did not have the same coverage and fit as this style. I recommend trying this bra!

It was obvious I now needed a bigger size but the Le Mystere had begun to dig deeply into my shoulders so I knew it was time to find something new. I ordered 8 different bras from different brands and I only ordered the Prima Donna to see what all the fuss is all about. Meanwhile, I thought there’d be no way I’d keep it with 7 other options coming. Famous last words... Every bra I tried on had fit, feel or support issues. Once I tried on the Deauville, I knew I was in trouble. The fit of this bra will give your breast more of a natural supportive lift. No part of the bra is uncomfortable. But 6 mos later, those cheap bras are falling apart so I came back and bought another Deauvile.Helpful Hint: I fit a 38i (US) in most bras but ended up in a 36j. To be fair, I’m right between a 36 & 38 but keep that in mind when purchasing. If you need to return, call customer service. My rep was amazing land waived any fees that would’ve taken place on my return.Final thought: yes! It’s worth it! If you have doubts, wait til a sale comes a long and try it out. A bra that doesn’t hurt, doesn’t look matronly and per reviews on multiple sites, it lasts years with proper hand washing care.

Two different styles under one brand name, strange.

I bought the same size I usually get but dropped down a cup size. The fit is good but a little tighter than I was expecting. I wasn't expecting the bra size to be effected as much by the cup size. Interesting.On a side note, this particular Deauville by Prima Donna has two totally different fits depending on the color of the bra. Black, White, etc don't fit me as well as the discontinued dark grey, pale pink, dark green and this wine/brown color. The bras from this line are slowly fazing out their best colors and the styles that fit best.
