It can also be used for secure fixation of tubes, catheters, and measuring devices. The tape is made from a non-woven polyester substrate with a low allergy adhesive suitable for patients with sensitive skin. It is available in white and is suitable for active patients. The key features of this tape include its highly conformable design, hypoallergenic properties, and air and water vapour permeability. This makes it soft and comfortable to wear, ensuring patient comfort and allowing joints to be dressed without constraining movement. To use, cut the desired length of tape, gently pull the protective film apart, and place the adhesive side over the required location. Smooth over to ensure no creases are visible.
