We all need a pair of comfortable multipurpose casual sneakers and I’m glad Adidas Samba OG sneakers have made a successful return and are back in style. I chose the color Night Navy/Cream White/Gum. This is such a flattering shade of blue, with grey undertone. Branded stripes on the sides are slightly off-white and it goes so well with blue. My foot is 27cm long and size M9.5/W10.5 fits me perfectly with a bit room for chunky socks. The insoles are flat, so if you need extra cushion or arch support - consider sizing up half size so extra insoles won’t make them fit too snug. Overall I love this sneakers, especially considering quality and comfort to price ratio.... Show more

Classic Adidas must-have item
Almost everything about this shoe screams comfort. Everything save the stiff, raised leather heel that helps gives this shoe its unique, low profile silhouette. The rest of the shoe breaks in quickly, however, I resorted to kneading the heels repeatedly to break them in since little pressure is placed on that part of the shoe whilst wearing them. Sambas give off style flair even off the pitch. Great addition to anyone's footwear collection. This Adidas redesign is one I've coveted for a long time. Glad to have them!... Show more

Cute shoes, but uncomfortable!
I’m going to be honest and tell you that these may be the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever bought. I wear a size 9, but after reading the reviews, I decided to go for a 1/2 size bigger, which was a mistake. When I first wore them, right away, there was space between my toes and the outsole (tip). Should’ve probably gotten my size. Second, maybe because of the way they are made, the back of my heel was scraped by the shoes and caused a bit of my skin to peel off, causing minimal bleeding (which ruined my white socks). But, this was all 2-3 weeks ago. Even with all the above, I still wore them and I guess I “broke them in” or got my feet used to it and they don’t bother me as much, but still wouldn’t recommend these shoes. Also, they’re not great if you’re walking a ... MoreI’m going to be honest and tell you that these may be the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever bought. Also, they’re not great if you’re walking a lot or standing all day. Honestly, it’s a waste of money if you ask me. If you don’t mind the discomfort at first, then go right ahead and purchase because they can be bearable after a while.... Show more

Dirty Adidas
I love Nordstrom. Pretty much the only place I shop for fashion on-line. Today, my much anticipated Adidas Sambas arrived. I have been trying to buy these for a year but they never have my size in stock, but one day while looking, again, they had ONE - 7.5 women's black Sambas available. In my cart, $100 bucks, bam! Today I am sad, they came in a crushed, taped back together box, no shape insert, laced-up, clearly worn with animal or something hair inside both, and schmutz on the soles. They look like I could have gotten them at Goodwill. Not a consignment store, because they would have at least cleaned them up before selling them. :-(... Show more

Even better than expected
LOVE these. I actually searched for them based on seeing a model wear them in a clothing ad for an entirely different company. I wasn't sure whether they looked great in those photos and might be clunky or cheap-looking in person - but they are OUTSTANDING in person. So, so cute. I have rather large feet and always hate when sneakers make them look huge or bulky. These are nice and low-profile. I can see wearing them with absolutely anything, even a sporty dress. Love the dark soles, too - it makes them more versatile in terms of walking across a muddy field or something like that (as often happens over the lifetime of a sneaker). I am a thousand percent happy with this purchase!... Show more

Heads up on the sizing
I love my Sambas. Adidas is consistently large in sizing but not consistent in how much larger. For example, in the Superstar and Stan Smith, I only have to go down 1/2 a size. I would say go down a full size with the Samba. Here is my explanation...I am most consistently a UK 38. That is the sizze that best fits my foot. Typically that is a US size 7/7.5. For sneakers I wear a 7.5/8 for Nike or Reebok. I went with a 7 as that's what I get in Stan Smiths and Superstar for Adidas. The Samba are too long. Not walking out of them too long but slight clown feeling long. I checked the size on the box. Says size 7 US W but 38.5 UK. A 6.5 is what I need which will be a UK 38. I will reorder when back in stock, then I will pass these to my daughter. Until then I will be ... MoreI love my Sambas. Adidas is consistently large in sizing but not consistent in how much larger. Narrow and long
I normally wear women’s 9 and got these in 9.5 (marked on inside US 8.5, uk 8, fr42, jp 265) I got them in 9.5 because 9 was sold out. Anyway i wore them on a trip everyday for 14 days. Wore them with cotton no-show socks. They were very comfortable. No break in and no blisters. I noticed that the shoe has a very narrow toe box so even though 9 would have been better length wise, it may have squeezed my toes so the mainly walking trip may have been a more uncomfortable on my feet. I did A LOT walking in warm weather. I have other adidas in woman’s 9 (marked on the inside us 8, uk 7.5, fr 41.5, jp 260). So go figure. The sizing maybe is weird because this shoe is so narrow.... Received used shoes
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The shoes I received were clearly used. There were visible signs of wear, including dirt on the soles and scuff marks all over. To make matters worse, I found human hair inside the shoes! This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic.I expected to receive a brand-new pair of shoes, but instead, I got something that looked like it had been worn for days. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. To make matters worse, I was told the return would be at FedEx or UPS, but it ended up being at USPS. It was not the best experience having to now wait in a long line to make a return.... Show more

Samba OG Women size 7
I am a size 7.5. I have to size down to a 7 for a perfect fit. Soft shoes. I walked for an hour with the shoes right out of the box, with long socks. Comfortable, no issues at all. The leather is supple. It feels like walking on sleepers. No much arch support but for me are super comfortable. After reading reviews I was concerned about two issues: slippery on wet surfaces or rain making causing people to fall, and hurting ankles to the point of blistering or bleeding. I am wearing the shoes with high socks for at least a week, not using the blower hack, but I dont have any issue so far with hurting or blisters, actually I am impressed about comfort and how fast the leather softened. Love it. But, the shoes are indeed very slippery over anything liquid on floors or pavement. I am not planning to wear the shoes when rain is on weather forecast, nevertheless, I was on a restaurant with barely moist floors under the table, the shoes felt like roller skates in the heel area. The heel area did not have any grip sliding (scary) while the front area has more grip. I managed to walk slowly and very carefully leaving the area. I purchased a sole grip spray hoping it will solve the issue. I am thankful for all the reviewers posting the slippery issue, it saves me to slide and fall because I was aware, and sadly I found it is true. Otherwise, wonderful shoes.... Show more

So happy to have both pairs!
I first purchased the original OG’s and I live in them. I was stalking this 2nd pair in the black and cream combo but my size was always out of stock. For reference, I’m a size 8 men’s/9 women’s in the unisex OG white ones. So when I saw the black ones available in the women’s 9.5, I decided to pull the trigger and see if they would work. Surprisingly, they’re perfect! They fit identical to my other unisex ones in size 9, which surprised me. So these black ones run slightly smaller. I’m thrilled to have both pairs! I also purchased a third pair in the all cream w/ black stripes, but I found those to have a very peachy yellow undertone, which I didn’t care for. So I returned those. I highly recommend the white OGs and black/cream suede ones if you can your hands on them.... Show more
