Works great no issues with assembly just clicks together, not sure what the person was talking about in review that said needed screws. Did kitchen dining hall and bathroom with water to spare . Cord could be a bit longer but can use extension cord . I had mopped using normal mop and was amazed how muchmore dirt the steam mop head has on it after using that .shows that normal mops don't get all my the dirt . Not sure w hy people pay hundreds for steam mops that do same job as this one wouldn't waste money on an expensive one happy with this
Great mop. Works well apart from the fact that the extendable handle didn’t come with screws to properly secure it and pops out easily when in use.
I bought this after my previous (green) original steam mop broke in the handle. They were notoriously weak. I am very pleased with this new brand. It has a larger mop head and the more variable steam output. It has all the accessories as well. Definitely recommend this over the other, especially at this great price. Never use a bucket mop again.
I have had this steam mop for almost 12 months. Does a really good job, I can whip around my entire home in 15 minutes. It is easy to use and a godsend for houses with lots of tiles.
The steam on the mop is great but the actual cleaning pads aren’t good. They leave awful marks on the floor. My last steam mop was a cheap one and the pads where made out of a kind of Terry toweling material and was much better
I haven't had a chance to use the steam mop yet. But 5stars for quality ,a very well made product .
Works great does what it says no problems why would anyone pay up to $1000 for something that works the same great value for $83
