A perfect fit for my PlayStation simulation driving rig

No sweet talking here for the X300 monitor review. Today I received this sexy curvy monitor for my single purpose console gaming simulation driving rig.Color is soothing to the eyes immediately I set it up in default settings. No harsh graphics but you can definitely dial in further to add that final touch. The back side of the monitor is actually pretty darn good looking. It's almost like a cockpit. Doesn't look out of place in the corner of my living room. R1800 curvature also seems to be a more natural fit to the eyes. I am seated 30 inch from the screen and with the 30 inch monitor size it's a square fit.Ok talk less, play more. Got to play now !

I received mine 3 days after i ordered, previously have 2 27in (curve n flat) monitors, although totally this is not as wide but when your gaming, totally immersive. It feels like the game is going inside your eyes (at least for me) i guess im not used to having a completely one-piece ultrawide screen in front of me thanks to the 1800R curvature.No dead pixels, you also have options to have full led or std which saves the life of your backlight im guessing and makes it less brighter. Really fast buttery smooth 200Hz although 165 and 144Hz looks good already, make sure youre using the supplied DP cable to achieve that. HDMI 2.0 can capture up to 165HZ. When i'm playing MS flightsimulator, i switch to movie, this gives me a more realistic views of the environment. I have some hiccups with the hdmi port but support is looking into that, but that doesnt change my 5stars coz its still is a great monitor for the value.

High in value and quality at an affordable price
27 October 2020

At first I was telling myself how can a cheap ultra-wide monitor be any good. Now I am asking myself how can a cheap ultra-wide monitor be THIS GOOD?I pulled the trigger based on all the positive reviews and I am very glad I did so. High in value and quality at an affordable price. Visually stunning. Just have a look at it's vibrancy and sharpness. My handphone camera doesn't manage to truly capture its clarity. This monitor also handles low light and black really well as a good VA panel monitor should. Text is sharp and crisp.Customer service was also very polite and responsive so that is a huge plus. Delivery was super fast too. Overall a great and pleasant buying experience. Thank you Prism+ team.

Immersive and Overwhelming Prism+++

Hi,I would like to begin by thanking the customer support. I had a problem with my order through Lazada, but the Prism guys support was awesome, they helped me to get my order for the same price and within 3 days though they could have simply pointed me toward Lazada. I was overwhelmed by the support from Prism.Now coming to the product, I wanted to have more space to manage between applications. X300 being ultrawide and affordable became my first choice. Needless to say, I am fully satisfied with it. Initially, the black level was not up the mark out of the box, had to adjust settings. So if you feel the same, try to play around the settings to suit your needs.Now I can view up to 3 screens and watch videos at 21:9. Most bang for the buck gaming ultrawide monitor out there
10 November 2020

I bought my PRISM+ X300 about 3 months ago and I can say that I'm extremely satisfied with the decision I've made. Initially, I was kinda sketch about the monitor as it was on sale which was really cheap comparing it with other brands like Samsung, LG, ROG, Predator, etc. The X300 was a 30 inch, 200hz 1ms monitor with minimalistic design and I don't think one can find a similar spec monitor out there at such price. The monitor arrived in about 8 working days and turning it on for the first time, I was of course shooked, moving from a 15.6"laptop display to a 30" ultrawide monitor was a huge upgrade and I really love it. However, everything comes with pros and cons, there were however some flaws with the X300 that I spotted. However, everything comes with pros and cons, there were however some flaws with the X300 that I spotted. Firstly, the thin bezels advertised was not as what it seems like, the frame itself is thin, but the actual screen was about 1cm away from the frame and thus, it does look like it has a 1cm thick bezel when turned on. Lastly, one should note that this is a 30" monitor that has a 1080P resolution, thus if you're not a fan of seeing the individual pixels clearly, I definitely recommend you to get a 1440P or a 4K monitor instead. Overall this is a decent and the best value gaming monitor out there, if you're on a budget and wouldn't want to spend much on a monitor, I would recommend you getting the X300.TLDRHonestly just get this monitor, it's really worth it unless you have like $1k to spend on other branded monitors, think about it, $1k+ on one ROG monitor or $1k+ on 3 of these X300s... :P

My First Experience with an Ultra-Wide Curved Monitor
30 January 2021

Received the item in just few days time and was able to track the delivery as well.Setup was pretty easy and you can refer to the manual for menu button functions.It's my first experience with an ultra-wide curved monitor, but the colours and resolutions are absolutely stunning. The ultra wide screen allows me to have more space for more windows during work and get better surrounding images during my game.Also tried watching a 21:9 videos, it simply blows me off!Only two things that I don't like, which is the location of the HDMI ports that makes it difficult for me to plug/unplug from the front. And I can't seem to make the sound come out from the monitor, although it says there are built-in speakers, but not a serious issue since I'm using my own sound ... MoreReceived the item in just few days time and was able to track the delivery as well.Setup was pretty easy and you can refer to the manual for menu button functions.It's my first experience with an ultra-wide curved monitor, but the colours and resolutions are absolutely stunning. Have been looking around for a monitor and comparing the price point and specifications with the different bigger brands. Came across Prism+ and saw their X300 model. Long story short, the monitor came and it was amazing. Love the wide curved immersive experience, the impressive screen resolution, the color richness and especially the price tag that came with it. You don't have to be a hardcore gamer to fall in love with this monitor. Every desktop work just seems to run so smoothly on this superb screen.However, the monitor does not comes with any built-in speaker. But not to worry, you can just simply plug in your aux cable to enjoy the high audio quality of your third party speaker.The purchasing experience and delivery has been good and efficient. Probly the one good choice that will last you for years.
27 December 2020

Probably one of the best choice to go into Ultra wide, This monitor is made for glorious wide screen FPS and immersive gameplay. As someone who likes to play a variety of games, having experience playing with a monitor that covers my wider peripheral vision really takes it to the next level. Very competitive pricing as well compared to other brands.Take note though that this is a VA Panel, and in terms of color vibrancy compared to an IPS panel i will say it is not too far behind. Some of the colors may appear a bit white washed coming from an IPS panel myself. Then again, you trade that for the performance. There are other high performance IPS panels out there for sure, but we pay what we get for here, which for the specs present is a pretty dam good deal.

X300 ... what can I say ?
22 May 2021

I have never owned an expensive monitor before. I have not experienced with many monitor types as well.The X300 has met my expectations and beyond ! I watched a YouTube video about some guy saying it’s display isn’t great when watching it at an angle.My X300 isn’t like that. I can see it in an angle nicely.The colours are brilliant. Crisp and bright if you want it to be.My kids used it to watch YouTube and Netflix.I use it for that and to mostly play World of Warcraft.I recently purchased a mid tier computer, and maxed out the visual settings in WoW. All I can say is that it’s amazing !!!!!After purchasing this X300 and waiting for it to come home, I was thinking about Prisms other monitors.
