I have previously used a different brand and been using True Protein for a couple of weeks after professional recommendation. I have found that this tastes great mixed with water, it mixes in very easily, the protein scoop in the pack is great for easy dosing. I feel that the quality of this product is of a high standard and feel that I am physically seeing benefits (I was tired and losing stamina for my workouts before). The main difference I've noticed with the previous brand is that this one doesn't seem to make me feel as 'full' afterwards, it mixes in well and the texture is probably superior (not quite as 'gluggy').

Having ordered the sample box to try out all the flavours to help decide which flavour I would like best, I am finding it even harder to make a decision. All the flavours are amazing!!Before trying the sample box, I wasn't considering the vanilla or coconut flavours as Im not a huge fan of vanilla or coconut but the TRUE Protine vanilla is delicious and I am considering ordering. I may just have to order all flavours to have the options available all the time. All the flavours are delicious!

I have been having these shakes for 3 days and twice a day with added CARNITINE, high I purchased from true protein as well. I am not hungry.Bfast is a shake, apple for morning tea, shake for lunch - small tin samon or tuna with lettuce cheese n gerkin.Arvo yea I have another piece of fruit - usually an apple - I drink 1.5 litres water daily because it’s winter n hard to drink all I should be. Tea is def. a protein - chicken/ fish- salad or vegetables. No oily foods at all. I’m happy - I have 13 kgs to use. Sample pack is great - my fav is coconut . Ordering again

I have been taking Pro Define as a meal replacement for my lunch for not quite a week (also taking L-Carnitine on its own morning and evening) and wow, I'm already seeing results! I've lost 1cm from my tummy since taking it. I'm really impressed. I already have a regular workout routine and haven't changed anything else. I find I still need to have a light snack in between lunch time and dinner, but the Pro Define leaves me feeling satisfied and my energy is stable. It does what it's described to do, highly recommend!
I LOVE every flavour Banana & Honey, Chocolate, Vanilla, Raw Coconut! I usually ONLY buy vanilla in every other powder I have ever bought because most meal replacements I have ever tried are sickly sweet or disgusting in other powders!All I can say is THANKYOU!!!! Thankyou for making the BEST meal replacement high quality powder I have ever tasted!Its AMAZING in every way, the sweetness is perfect, the texture is smooth and creamy and easy to blend, no funny after taste and best of all I feel satisfied and don't need to snack at all between meals.I HIGHLY recommend this meal replacement!
I've had a lot of trouble finding a protein powder supplement that I can actually palate and stomach without gagging on because of the taste. Predefine in Banana and Honey has done it for me. It dissolves with minimal effort and tastes amazing. I will definitely be repurchasing and recommending Prodefine to everybody. So happy with my purchase :D
This protein powder is amazing. I usually struggle to find a powder that has a nice taste and mixes well. This ticks all the boxes. The banana and honey flavour is very natural and doesn't taste overpowering or artificial, and it mixes in a shaker very easily. I incorporate it into my morning berry smoothies too. I have seen some amazing results with this in my routine.I got the sample pack first to try all the flavours. I'm glad I did this because I never would have picked banana and honey, but I found it was my favourite flavour! Now I've purchased and repurchased two bags of this.

I’m always asking... Does it really do what it claims? Will it taste okay? Are there any added sabotaging sweeteners or preservatives or artificial flavourings? (Etc). I'm a bit disappointed with this product. I usually buy the WP90 and find it to be excellent. I decided to try this one to lose a few kg, but I find it very sweet and it has a strong stevia aftertaste. It's a shame because I love the chocolate protein bars, but also found the mousse tasted too much of stevia. It could be the flavour I purchased (banana and honey) as I usually get vanilla in the WP90. I'll be going back to the WP90 as soon as possible. If you don't mind super sweet and the taste of stevia, then this one could be fine for you because True Protein products are generally excellent.
I have been using true products for along time I am a super fan and i never write reviews but its a must when you get so blown away by the amazing customer service and promptness. I just picked up my package from the post office and the protein powder packaging had come undone so the powder spilled out and a quick message to them mentioning this and asking if still safe to eat.. without a word it comes up on my email a new one is on its way with express post all within minutes.
