This product is loaded with perfume. It is not a product for those of us who are allergic to perfumes!!!! Even after I explained that I had an allergic reaction to the Acne Body Wash and ordered another product from Proactiv and they agreed to send the other product, they sent the Acne Body Wash. Ugh! For me…it is not a product that is any good. STOP SENDING IT TO ME!

They changed all of the body wash. I only use it on my face. It use to be green with a sandy texture. The texture is more liquid with a little sandy texture that is clear. It really dries the skin around my eyes including my eye lids. It even left some chemical burns after 3 or 4 days of using. For the first time in probably close to 20 years I will probably start looking for a different face regimen.

I have started proactive a month ago for some blackheads around my mast area.it bagan during covid. So I tried the product to assist. But instead I have much more blackheads and large pus bumps that cause my face to hurt. I was told it will get worse before it gets better, but now one month later, I am not convinced. I’m going to stop using this product.

I’ve used their body wash for decades and the last one I purchased is DIFFERENT!! I called and all they could say was that it was the same ingredients (implying that I was wrong). I’m so disappointed that I can no longer use this body wash. It used to be light blue, now white with menthol scent and less grainy. Please revert to your old formula!
I was breaking out in huge cystic acne lesions on my chest and nothing was working to clear them up or prevent them. My dermatologist put me on antibiotics to try to heal any infection, and I was already on an antibiotic for acne. Neither of those seemed to touch it. I saw that Proactiv had an Acne Body Wash and thought that I would give it a try. Using this body wash has helped tremendously in healing the previous breakouts and preventing new ones from occuring. If used 1-2 times daily in the problem areas, it really does work.
I've been trying to find a Proactiv replacement since they stopped making that Deep Cleansing Wash. The Deep Cleansing Face Wash was so not it. It felt like my face didn't get clean and still felt residue-ish. I gave this a try and I LOVE it. A little goes a long way and my face and body feel so smooth and clean right after. The second pic in this page doesn't look anything like it though, it's not blue at all it's like a milky-white with scrub beads in it. Anyway my face and body are clean, less pimples, my face looks awake (very minimal needed for face), and it's going to last so long. Get it!!!
The product is good. However, the last package that recently recieved had this product with an expiration date of october 2023. The lots to be shipped must be prior to at least six month before its expiration date. Because sometimes we have previous ones and will be not able to use it before its expiration date.

It's clearing my blemishes as well as preventing breakouts on my chest and back after Clearing my skin up 95%!!. I used to use the body bar years ago- very satisfied with the NEW wash .The wash exfoliates & smells really nice. Does not dry you out and isn't a harsh product. I have very sensitive skin - this was the best choice of product I have made in a long time. I am a more of a "use natural products " kind of womanBUT THIS IS IT YALL ✊️👏💚
My daughter hit puberty and broke out. We had tried numerous other things prior and none worked the greatest. We ordered proactive and added the body wash for her upper back. As long as she uses it regularly it clears her up. We have a back scrubby that we have her use with this body wash and work it in. I’m definitely glad we got it because it truly does help and I’d recommend it to anyone.
