Proactiv Repairing Treatment, 3 Ounce (90 Day)

This was my go to as a teen. Now being a 31 year old mom, I had tried just about everything to keep my skin moisturized without it adding to breakouts. Nothing seemed to solve the problem, rather enhanced it. I decided to go back and try Proactiv again (because why not?) and it’s amazing. I use the Step 1 Cleanser first, then the Step 2 toner, and then this repairing treatment. It’s gentle enough for daily use on my sensitive skin, doesn’t make my face look oily or add to breakouts, and my breakouts have vanished. This is a holy grail and a staple in my nightly skin care routine.

I used to LOVE this moisturizer... until I realized other ones exists for my skin type. I always felt that it didn't do enough for my skin. It never made me feel oily, but it didn't make me feel hydrated/moisturized either. Out of the 3 steps in the proactiv line, this one is the one I would find an alternative for. Tried it again after awhile (with the toner and cleanser) and broke out!

Bye Bye Blemishes

I have used this highly recommended Proactive Repairing treatment lotion numerous times through out my modeling days , I personally believe its been the best medicine for those unwanted blemishes all these years & still to this day. I love that you only need a little to go along way! Its fast acting ingredients keep those blemishes at bay. I love the 1 ounce size as its perfect for traveling & or on the go! Kiss those blemishes goodbye as Proactive Repairing treatment lotion is a must have in ur skin care routine .

Proactive products are the best thing out there.

These products actually work! I tried a couple of other products that claimed they were comparable to Proactive. They were not. However, I do wish the pricing would come down on Proactive items.

The Maskne Solution

I brought this specifically to fight “maskne”. As a Sephora manager, I am wearing my mask at work 8 hours a day. I starting breaking out pretty heavily shortly thereafter. I was looking for a Benzoyl Peroxide product, and originally wanted Kate Somerville’s Anti Bac lotion, but it was sold out. I ordered this instead. I use a small pea size amount on clean skin, only on the lower half of my face where the mask will cover. I do not use any other product on top of it. I do continue to use my normal serum and moisturizer on the upper half of my face. I have been using it for an entire month, and have not had ONE SINGLE breakout! I work 40 hours a week in a mask and this is an absolute godsend. Highly recommended,

The only thing that works without a script

I used proactive 15 years ago when I had my first break out as a teenager and am still breaking out at 32 to this day. I've tried every product under the Sun and in between. This seems to be the only topical cream that makes a big impact without a script. When you put it on you can feel it tingling and what literally feels like dissolving the bacteria on my skin. With the warm weather coming up, it has a tendency to exacerbate my acne. This is a real winner that keeps things at bay. Not sure why other BP irritates my skin, but this just works. I recommend only applying to your problem areas.

WHAT PORES!

I started using the Proactive Repairing Treatment many years ago and I swear by it. I use it 1-2 times a week depending on how I'm viewing my pores that week. This product is a great way to keep from your pores getting clogged especially for me as I wear tons of makeup on a daily basis. I worry less about all that bacteria that stores in your pores since I've started using this product. Paired with the Proactiv Cleanser and Toner, this is a trio you can't fight against. I recommend the Repairing Treatment to anyone that has large pores. Works!

I had never had acne problems until right around turning 30 last year, when my skin went crazy. I FINALLY recently figured out (after spending SO much money on foundation/concealer/skin care products that I otherwise never would have given a second look just a year ago!) that benzoyl peroxide is the ingredient that keeps my skin under control. I started using an OTC 10% cream for spot treatments, which worked wonders, so I decided to look for something to use daily. I've been using this for several weeks and love it! I feel like I'm finally gaining control of my skin again. I still use the spot treatment on the now rare occasion that I feel a pimple brewing, but otherwise this has been great on its own! Definitely follow up with a moisturizer, as it is very drying!

Yes proactive....yes

I bought the skin repairing mask on a whim a month ago to help with my acne. I had tried Clinique and Mario bedusco (?) And they didn't help at all. I got the mask and after one night I noticed a huge difference. After that I bought the emergency spot treatment, then I gave in and got the 3 step system. It really does work and I feel bad for all the times I made fun of the infomercials. If you have acne and haven't had luck I suggest the 3 step system. This one specifically (step 3,) Really helps my break outs while moisturizing. If you buy this skip the green tea moisturizer (see my review.)

my fave for acne

Have used Proactiv for probably 25 years now. While I no longer use the 1face wash & I have actually never cared for the 2Toner I have always used this 3treatment. Benzoyl Peroxide compared to salicylic Acid works better for my skin. My skin is T-zone oily & normal on my cheeks. I use different face wash/toner (clinique products) & this #3 on my acne prone areas as needed (I don't use every day only when I have acne) I use very little at a time so it last long. Using too much results in dry, rough peeling skin so when it's like that I don't use until it gets normal again. My 16 yr. old has skin like mine & she uses it but, my 14 yr. old has dads skin (more normal) she does not like this product. My 10 yr old uses it when she has a tiny pimple & it helps her.
