Mixes well, tastes amazing! All of the flavours are great and the best part about the sample box, besides it being quick and easy since they’re already portioned out, no measuring scoop needed, is that it allows you to mix up your routine so you get some variety, rather than being stuck with the same flavor every day. I don’t have a blender at the moment, so I just mix them with lite milk and occasionally some pressed fruit juice if I’m in the mood for more fruitiness than sweet. Will definitely continue to buy this, highly recommend.

I absolutely love the True protein Pro define. I’ve been using the French vanilla for about 6 months and wanted to try the chocolate flavour.It is amazing! Not too sweet, good texture which I find can be a problem with other brands. Definitely recommend!

used to use WPI 90 and wanted to change it up to focus on slimming up a bit. Pro define rich choc tastes exactly the same as the WPI 90 rich choc so I’m super glad as I always craved my morning chocolate drink :)) I take it with a small breakfast to keep me full until my lunch which is always late afternoon, and to get some more protein in for muscle growth! love this product just as much as the regular protein and the addition of carnitine is a bonus for me! Tastes delicious I drink with milk and it’s sooo good

I’ve had so many different protein powders and I can you tell you the truth I absolutely hated them! I love how true protein have samples to buy so customers can try before they buy instead of wasting money and buying a big bag. The ProDefine Weight Loss Blend Protein Powders are amazing. They taste delicious with either water or milk and they're low carb and high protein. I love the fact they have supplements in them to help with fat burning. That is a real plus for me. The Raw Coconut Flavour is super yummy and is my favourite flavour in this product along with the Banana & Honey flavour. Highly recommend this product.
Delicious and creamy. My favourite flavour out of the 6 WPI and prodefines that I’ve tried so far. Much better in taste and texture than other brands! I highly recommend this product - I’ll be buying a big bag of it ASAP!
I have been using another weight loss protein shake brand that is made in the USA for the last 12 months. I’m interested in using a brand that is Australian made and purchased some prodefine samples recently,I had a Prodefine this morning for breakfast and I enjoyed the flavour, the consistency was pleasing and I noticed it wasn’t too sweet, also I noticed it didn’t give me a windy bloated feeling I get a lot with my current shakes. I’m keen to try some more Prodefine flavours and the Australian made is a big plus for me :)
The coconut flavour was delicious. The banana and honey flavour was nice but tasted too much like an artificial banana flavouring rather than a natural taste. Overall both flavours could be slightly richer in taste and less sweet (the artificial sweetener taste was slightly overpowering).
