The bench was delivered very quickly. All the screws and nuts etc required for assembly were there so there weren't any problems. It is very sturdy and I'm more than satisfied with the way it is helping me with my workouts.

Poor design, the bars that hold the barbell are exactly where you would want your hands to be which makes it extremely difficult to bench press, also when using bigger plates they constantly get knocked by the side components you would use for flys, not a good product at all
Very poorly constructed, weak, flimsy, cheap could even be dangerous to use for weight training. Able to bend by hand. Beware of false advertising.
I wanted something for home that had a bench and could assist with weights so this was perfect. Took a while for me to put together as I was on my own, instructions require to be downloaded from the internet as they don't come in the box. Which may not be helpful to some. If you're a rather large person too this may not suit you. I just fit the length of the bench and the leg extension etc. But if I were any larger I'd struggle. I'm 5"7 female 80kg. I bought a cheap bar and weights from kmart to use with it. So I can do overhead press, bench press etc. :)
Very good bench, seems sturdy enough and well made. I'm a small-ish female and find it the perfect size so it might be a bit small if you're tall. Have used it a few times now and everything works like it should (leg extensions, chest flys, incline adjustment etc.) Some of the foam rollers were dented and misshapen from being squeezed into the box too tight, but not a major issue. Putting it together took a couple hours or so, but was fairly straightforward to follow the instructions. Overall I'm happy with the bench as it suits my needs for a decent price.

The last time I bought a unit like this was in 1990-something. It was a raw experience - bas internal and external threads, poor bushings, difficult to assemble - horrible. This? So easy! Evey bolt and nut, every little part of it was properly made and so easy to assemble. It's rugged. The extra stations make it so easy to do more chest and leg exercises. Multiple bench angles make it easier to hit more muscle groups and isolate more easily so that you can achieve a more sculpted result from your body's structure. It wasnt the kind of build quality I was expecting for the price. Foam pads are poor quality and the movement of some of the parts clunky
Great construction and easy to put together. It's sturdy enough for what I need. Maybe not for serious body builders but good for me
