I have been trying to stimulate my metabolism by giving it a jolt, so I can shift some weight. I have found the Proganics low-sugar plant-based Meal Replacement Shake - the yummy chocolate version - a great help as an occasional meal replacement at lunch time. This helps in a busy working day, and I know that I am still receiving the good health that this shake provides. I don't have it every day, but every other day is really helpful. And the chocolate shake is delicious. Thank you, dear Proganics people.

Both the chocolate and vanilla meal replacements are so so nice and I find my body responds to them so much better than other commercial and non-organic meal replacements. I am so happy I found something that is so convenient and good for me! : )

YUMMO !!! Best ever vanilla protein shake I’ve ever had. I stay right away from vanilla because they are so sweet, I thought I’d give a try of vanilla again and I’m so glad I did, the balance of sweetness is Perfect. I think this is my 5th week and have lost just over 4 kg and my husband has lost 6 kg. 2 meal replacements a day but are watching other foods we consume. Maybe 2 serves each a day of steamed vegetables with a vegan cheese sauce made with a small amount of cashew nuts and the base of the sauce is potatoes . We then snacks on fruit and corn thins. The weekend is still going out for a vegan brunch Saturday and Sunday. It really stops the cravings and occasionally do have a slip up through the week. I was dubious as to how these would taste, but they really are great. Probably not quite as filling as some others, but I throw a banana or some peanut butter in and I'm set. You could probably put coconut oil, or butter in too if that was your jam. Overall really delicious. Caramel and Choc are my favourites.
I like the high nutrient count ie higher %RDA per ml than other competitors. Not overloaded with protein so no overactivation of mTOR for no reason. The low calorie amount can be boosted by adding olive oil. I add 30mls per 300ml shake.
i wanted something that looked after an elderly person who still wanted to lose some kgs - i finally found it! contains all the good stuff i still need and tastes terrific.
