Progurt has made all the difference. I've IBS since contracting giardia abroad about 20 years ago. I tried the probiotic 5 pack and after the second dose, I felt really fantastic. By the end of the packet, almost all the symptoms I'd been experiencing for years had gone. However, everything went back to the way it was after the course was complete. I've since purchased the Gut Smart Pro and am almost at the end of that course. My gut is 90% better than it was. It's changed my life. Honestly.

So far I've gone through 2 cycles of 5 sachets. After the second time around, I have noticed an improvement in my digestive tract function. I haven't struggled with discomfort after eating for weeks.As a plus, the probiotic powder enhances the taste of smoothies so very much. Highly recommend

I decided to invest more and more on myself!!! Love Progurt products, helped me on my revovery and new style of life.I am 39 yo and I was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 3 in April 2019. I’ve been using Progurt sachets since emergency spine surgery in 2016. I’ve since been hospitalized several times for unk bacterial infections requiring extended IV, oral antibiotic treatments that wreak havoc on my gut. I use Progurt sachets and incubator for homemade yogurt. It has been simply phenomenal to restore and maintain my gut health.Living in US, UHT milk products are not easy to come by, especially during COVID. My first choice is organic UHT by Maple Hill Farms. I settled for what I could get from Horizon Organic. Not a good experience. The first 4 cases I purchased a year ago were expired and curdled. Discarded.Recently, purchased again when Maple Hill wasn’t available. I made yogurt with my precious sachets 4 times. They were far cry from superior customer service I received from Progurt.Thankfully I was finally able to purchase my fav Maple Hill product and shazam I had perfect yogurt again!Not only do I highly recommend Progurt’s entire line of products, but suggest extreme caution to US customers in selecting UHT products very carefully. Def not all equal quality products.I’m thrilled to have my delicious healthy yogurt again!PS I also use Progurt yogurt for my 3 Labrador retrievers as once daily supplement. I use about 1/2 12 oz jar yogurt, fill other 1/2 with filtered water. Shake vigorously. Spoon 3-4 tbsp over 1-1 1/2 C kibble. Refrigerate unused portion. They go bonkers for it, super healthy for them too!!
Having had a lot of stomach aches and digestive difficulties as a young child, Progurt is now a revelation to me for which I am so grateful! Together with a plant-based diet according to A. William, a lot is slowly changing for the better. Since I have been taking a sachet of Progurt every 7-10 days, my skin condition has also improved and the migraine attacks have become somewhat lighter and their duration shorter. I am so glad that Progurt was recommended to me, for me it is an absolute game changer! I now know that many symptoms will continue to heal over time, and I am looking forward to that.
Gut dysbiosis is, according to some studies I've read, linked to some of the sequelae after clearing a COVID infection. After I started taking Progurt about a year ago, the symptoms of my chronic illnesses have improved. Together with a lifestyle according to Anthony William, a noticeable cure has set in. Among other things, the migraine attacks are less intense and less frequent, the general mood is more relaxed and calmer, the pain in my intestinal tract, which I have had since early childhood, has almost completely disappeared and the constant nausea and neurodermatitis are almost forgotten. There is still a way to go, but Progurt and a plant-based diet give me a lot of justified hope that everything can heal.

After some trial and error I've learned the best tasting yogurt is to heat fresh raw cows milk until it reaches 170-180 degrees F (takes about 2.5 to 3 hours) in a crock pot to sterilise it and kill off all competing bacteria. Then I let it cool to 110-115 F (takes another 2-3 hours) before adding the Progurt sachet. I purchased two incubators and find it more efficient to do two lots (2x1 litre) at a time. Once the yogurt is done I then mix 1/2 litre with equal amount of milk of some kind and 1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries or blue berries, a Tbs raw honey, 1 Tbs of chia seeds or a scoop of unheated/un-denatured ... MoreI have been using progurt now for around 4 months and it has been GREAT!!!
