Very easy to install and so comfortable. We purchased 11 packs and covered the entire floor in the basement room to make it a gym. Couldn’t be happier with the results.I put tape in the bottom to tape them together and they don’t slip, slide, or come apart no matter what exercise we do. Great purchase.

My only complain would be that the mats do not completely lock together. What I mean by this is that, the mats do connect but the mats can be slightly displaced and produce about a 1/2 inch gap that requires you to just push the mats back in to fix it.Overall, it is a great purchase for their designated purpose.

We actually bought these for an unorthodox approach to camping comfort. Installed them beneath thin camping mattresses and what a difference in comfort! They cut cleanly to make perfect fits for camper versions of King, queen, and full “size” beds. We can easily sleep on our sides now, even with thin camping mattresses. I use these for exercise rooms and comfort over concrete floors in our basement too. Will buy again when I need clean, easy to use comfort tiles.

I got 24 square feet originally but then order and additional 24 to give me more room and to keep the pad from “walking.” 3/4 inch thick is perfect over hardwood or low pike carpet to give you a “danceable surface” that keeps your knees from aching! The entire 48 sq feet stays together with no tripping. The only problem is that it moves around a bit when in use. (Probably the chasses side to side drag it under foot because we do it in tennis shoes)). For an hour routine, I have to tug it back to it’s starting place a few times because my space is limited and the pad wants to walk up under nearby furniture. In an hour long routine, it can move about 8-12 1 ft in two directions if you don’t tug it back into place. The foam tiles were a very good price (I shopped around a bit) and perform well. I purchased the 1/2 inch because the one inch was out of stock. I think the 1 inch would be a bit better for exercises like plank on a hardwood floor. But the 1/2 inch still has good cushioning. The tiles do slide a bit on a hard wood floor but so far that hasn't been an issue for the 20-30 minute aerobic workouts that I do on them. My only serious worry is that the tiles tend to separate a bit when I do things like lunges, which other people have remarked on as well. I recomand this product. I bought 48 square feet and it took me about 15 minutes to install. It looks nice, it is very comfortable for the feet and it even acts as a thermal insulator, no more cold floor. The shipping was much faster than i expected.
I am transforming my garage to a gym and these exercise mats were exactly what I was looking for! Great quality, durable, and no strong smell. Fast shipping is a plus- I received it 3 days later! I was initially thinking that the 1/2 inch mats might be a bit thin for what I was looking for, since there were thicker options available but we’re sold out. I have cable machines and have purchased a squat rack to do weight training and HIIT workouts. These mats worked out perfectly fine and are budget friendly. Highly recommend.
Perfect for my needs!! Excellent. I am using them to cover a 50 sq. foot area in my barn loft to do dog training on. They look great and handle the dogs and people moving around on them well. One thing I absolutely love about them is that with the "bumpy" profile I am able to vacuum them with my shop-vac without their being ****** up resulting in a closed air circuit. The vacuum runs over them, picking up the dirt and not the mats. I do wish they came in colors other than black, gray and blue. Just one more color, maybe red or yellow, would be even better!
I initially purchased the item through Amazon and it took forever to ship. In fact it did not ship. I went directly to ProSource Fit and had it within about 7 days of ordering. The tiles were easy to assemble and mostly fit well in the space. One room is 12 x 12 and they fit really well. The 10 x 12 room was a little funny but I’m very pleased the product overall. I would definitely buy again.I am very pleased. I bought three sets of to span an 8'x8' space (with a little extra). I've placed a weightlifting bench on the mats, and use the remaining space for stretching on a yoga mat.I do require a yoga mat, because the exercise mats themselves do not offer enough stickiness; my feet or hands will slip around.Granted, if the mats were 'stickier', they might be harder to clean. But, again, you will require a yoga mat in order to secure yourself when assuming ambitious poses.
