I have type 2 diabetes and Metformin made my vision go blurry in a week. I went to an herbalist and he recommended this brand with other supplements. This works beautifully keeping my blood sugars normal. To save money, I tried another brand but this was the best.

i hv been using berberine consistently since it helped me to reduce 3 kg in a week, with diet change of eating more meats, but half the carbohydrates and gluten. i took 1 twice a day. lots 15 kg in about 8 months.but as supplement, it cud not lower my blood pressure and glucose level. i find that i also need to add chromium + vanadium, and to stop drinking coffee too.

This product has made a huge difference in my life. I am pre-diabetic and realize that when I take this product my fasting sugar is always in normal level. Of course I follow a healthy low carb diet but I do notice when I take this supplement it makes a difference. It is easy to take and has no taste just an easy to swallow gel pill
These are by far the biggest soft gels I have ever seen! Although they go down easy with a lot of water, I'm not sure how well they work. I will let you know. I have been taking them for about two or three weeks now. I will keep you updated.
