I bought these along with some PTP tubes and door anchor, I use these as handles as well as ankle straps. I find it annoying sometimes taking the these on and off my ankles with the loud velcro sound, so I will likely buy the handles at some point, although they are adjustable enough to have loose to slip on/off easily, I sometimes even have them resting on my feet for pilates style movements. Generally I like the PTP system and have found it has added some great variety into my home workouts. Id say these would be useful mainly for those wanting to do glute exercises.

The BEST ankle straps! I’ve used these for two years now and not once has a stitch or Velcro come loose unlike other brands I have tried before. They are comfy, don’t dig in and stay nice and snug on your ankle ! Definitely worth the buy

These ankle straps are great! Easy to use and comfortable. I almost bought some stupidly expensive ones online, but these are awesome for $30. I highly recommend.

PTP made an interesting decision naming these ankle straps, and insinuating they're only really suitable for use with their resistance band system. They're actually very versatile, can be used to train shoulders and chest with cable machines. The neoprene is comfortable but if you're lifting heavy, can feel like it flexes a little too much, and can feel a little like they're slipping.They're a good alternative to typical braided cotton D-ring and O-ring cuffs,
This product is fantastic as an accessory to the PTP resistance bands. They allow you to add more movements to your training. I use them to exercise my hamstrings and glutes by having the strap low and standing on one leg I stretch the leg out straight behind me with the ankle strap on. It helps my hip as well which has osteo arthritis with a non impact movement and it gets results in the right area.

The large and sturdy steel rings allow them to accept any size carabiner or resistance band clip you want to use, making them extremely versatile and ready for any type of weight or resistance you want to throw at them. They're also super affordable, I don't think there's any other ankle straps on the market that come close to being as good a quality and that are as comfortable for the same amount money. Love them, the padding is excellent, Velcro is strong and they are not too wide or have extra length hanging over. Metal rings are lightweight, yet strong.Very easy to wash in a laundry bag. Have had several people look at the quality of them at the gym, so imagine they have purchased also, as I have seen them on a few ankles since I got them.
These were well worth the buy. They’re comfortable, plenty of space for adjustability, easy to attach and just handy especially at the gym, as it’s much more hygienic using your own straps. Definitely get them!
