Awesome product, although when trying to roll my foot over it, it sometimes gets jammed and won’t roll properly. Maybe because it is incase in rubber. But other than that, great product!

Bought this to trial the effects of the cool and warm in a clinical setting as an exercise physiologist and returned great results. Trigger release has always worked effectively but been given great feedback of longterm relief by patients following utilising this in the freezer beforehand moreso.

Stays cold for as long as it says. Was perfect to help with Shin Splints. Is a bit annoying to take out of the case when you need to put it in the freezer but otherwise very handy.
