With gyms closed in Melbourne I started using resistance bands and tubes at home and have been amazed at how effective they are and the results I am achieving. I now have ultra light, light and medium resistance PTP PowerTubes. I was skeptical at first but didn't really have much choice as I was unable to buy dumbbells due to demand. The box has a very detailed illustrated list of exercises that can be performed for all body parts. The handles are very comfortable and this band is perfect for me to use (a small lady) for lateral and front raises as well as over head exercises.

Really convenient piece of sporting equipment. Just clamp with the door and do rows, triceps, curls delts and more to your heart's content! Well worth the minimum $ outlay :)

When you use this with door jam its an excellent resistance, Easily creates arm pump. I don't go to the gym anymore , cost and time poor, and use sand bags, kettlebells, and body weight exercises with a routine of 45 minutes. this resistant band adds excellent variety and does replace, a little, the curls, shoulder press and rows.

I brought one of these as they have a handle and a door anchor - everything to get started with lat pulldowns. I've notice back muscle definition coming in using this resistance band twice a week on back days for lat pulldowns. Great addition to the home gym!

Man this is no bs guys, if you were a gymrat like myself and you think COVID is killing all your gainz, trust your fellow gym bro on this one. Invest in this product and I guarantee you, you will improve your muscle mind connections with this stuff. Less injury prone and you can see some mad gainz if you use the bands with extra calisthenics stuff. Man after COVID, Iāll probs go back to being a gymrat, but Iāll also have some homerat background if I really cbf goin to the gym! The power tube is just what my husband needed to enhance his exercise regime and the colour is his favourite footy team which made him very cheerful. He is disabled and finds this orange power tube really challenges him. In these uncertain times of Covid this tube is providing him with the abilitity to exercise from home using a superiour piece of equipment . Its smaller in length than the last tube he was using which has proved to be much more benificial in his overall exercise regime,which he uses for both upper body and lower body. We are both very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
I bought the Light as well as the Medium thinking it might not have enough resistance. I was wrong about that. So looking forward to using the medium more in time. You get very useful opposing forces to exercise many various muscles. Really good compact device for developing and maintaining muscle tone.
Love my orange PTP PowerTube with heavy resistance. It is very well made and long lasting. The customer service employee at Rebel Sports was extremely helpful explaining what was included and what colour was best for my strength and needs. Included in the box is a brochure by Brad Leeon, a well known movement and Pilates therapist, explaining a multitude of exercises for abs, arms, back, chest, shoulders, legs and glutes. There is also free access to online videos. In addition there is safety information about how to use the PTP PoweTube properly and an easy-to-use door anchor. Since my purchase I have improved my strength considerably.
The quality is very good. However it is not very clear in the website the actual resistance level of the band. It mentions weight, but that is not comparable with dumbell weight. So, the "Ultimate level" resistance is too resistant for me and caused me injury. If I knew, I would order a lower resistance.
Iām glad purchasing this excellent exercise product making it easy to workout anywhere you go.Personally, I felt they work your body better than free weights due to the balanced continuous tension on your muscles.An overall body workout with great effects.
