I purchased this product at a Sydney Market a few years back. I have been buying it ever since. Mix it with Pukara Olive Oil and enjoy dipping crusty bread into the mix. It is so sweet, great for salads, sauces and just everything in between. Yum!!!!!!

Absolutely love it. I use balsamic vinegar and I first tasted the cartelised one at a friends place and bought a bottle. Love it as a dressing on salads or over barbecued meat. Will definitely order again.
I have been buying Pukara Estate products for about 5 years. I love all their products, Premium Oil, Caramelised Balsamic, white liquor, and white balsamic, oh and their jams. All products are exceptional quality adding the perfect flavour to dressings and dishes. I use the jams on veggie burgers, Im a big fan of jams and relish. Please try, you will love these productsI use this product on salads and a vegetable dressing on greens, goes great on roasted beets, my got to fav balsamic, love the reduction consistency and flavour heaven
I love this caramelised balsamic vinegar. It’s by far the best I’ve ever tasted. Always have it on my salad. I also like to pour over my figs when I braise them. Delicious. I make sure I don’t run out by buying the 2.5 litre bottle.
Unfortunately it costs more to buy it direct from the company than from a delicatessen. Add postage which is ridiculous and it's an expensive dressing. The flavour of the cost from pukara estate have made me source it from a seller near Lucinda QLD who not only sell it cheaper but give me free postage. Pick you shoes up pukara estate.
We absolutely love this caramelised balsamic vinegar. I use it on salads, in a bowl with olive oil and bread, on grilled haloumi and figs and a simple drizzle takes my bolognese sauce to another level. We call it liquid gold.
Faultless..... i never normally leave reviews, however, this is well deserved. We were told about the wonderful caramelised balsamic which is just sensational. We now buy all our dressings and pantry products from here - highly recommend the apricots and dates too!

It’s a great consistency, so delicious and for my family the Caramelised Balsamic is always on the table! Flavour is amazing and for me there Is no substitute!
