I wanted something that specifically incorporated different varieties of Ginger and found this Pukka tea.I expected it to be chore to drink however it is actually quite nice.Sometimes I add fresh lemon for a detox boost and the flavours marry together well.I do suffer from swollen ankles and the morning after drinking this tea they're normal again! Bliss! An added benefit I've discovered is overall tummy health. For these reasons I will continue to buy.

I like this Pukka tea; it contains 3 different cinnamon blend as main ingredients packaged in a convenient teabag serving; the taste is awesome, good quality; I use it when I have consumed white flours and sugars ( which i don't have frequently, but on a special occasions) as it helps with metabolizing it; as a bonus, it is caffeine free!

This is a regular buy for me. I like mint tea and Pukka teas are generally good. The bags are plastic-free and the herbs are organic. Mint tea is very refreshing and good if you have a slightly queasy stomach. I like that these are a mix of three types of mint; it makes a change from the usual peppermint.
I like a strong, zesty, real ginger taste and this tea delivers! There are 3 kinds of gingers in this tea, hence the name and hence the real ginger heat you get with each cup. I love that there are no sweeteners, flavors or anything not needed or warranted hidden in this tea. Just a good strong cup of ginger brew to help with digestion. I love the Puka brand, always such high quality.
I reach for the Pukka Womankind tea when Aunt Flo has come to visit. I find that it soothes me be it morning or night. It has a fruity yet subtly sweet taste to it. Perfect for calming my raging body and mind. Pukka teas include decent ingredients and the packaging for each tea differs greatly from the last in colors and design so it's easy to tell them apart. Overall, safe choice. Can have it every day, but I tend to reach for it more often a particular week and have plenty of other boxes to keep me company during the rest of the month!
its a good quality tea, though it is not as strong as i expected. i kept waiting for the tea to become strong so that i would take out the tea bag, but it never got strong enough. i drink in a huge mug, and i am used to twinings which have stronger extract in their bags. it tastes good, but i must say if you like your tea strong, or if you drink it in a huge mug like i do - you should know that these aren't very strong. other than that - the taste is good.
