Our Clove Bud Essential Oil is steam distilled from the dried flower buds of the clove tree (Syzygium aromaticum). It is colorless to light yellow with a strong, spicy aroma. This oil contains Eugenol, a phenol that provides the oil's aroma and therapeutic properties. Clove Oil (aceite clava de olor) has hundreds of uses including aromatherapy and muscle relief. In all cases, it must be diluted carefully.
