Bought for my child of 12y.o. Smaller dosage which is perfect for regular intake. Good quality has a higher impact. My child does swimming every day in a squad so vitamin D is needed. No taste.
Not easy to know what benefits my bones may be getting from my daily dose of Vitamin D, but my nails have become really strong!
