I do have knee problems and do a lot of walking/hiking. I also do a lot of stretching as my knees play up, however since taking the collagen X, I quite often forget to stretch as they do not hurt and that started the day I started taking the ColleganX. So I am thrilled.

I have been using Collagenx marine collagen for over 12 months. Within the first few weeks, I began to notice that my facial wrinkles had become less pronounced and my skin began to look plumper.As of now, my hair is thick and healthy, my nails are strong, and my complexion continues to benefit from continued use. I suffer minimal joint pain and stiffness, though I still feel arthritic pain in my hands. Overall, I'm very happy with this product, though the dollar cost is high.
I have been using this product for around 4 months and have noticed several improvements to my skin, hair and nails. Most notable is the improvement to the dark purple bruising I would get on my arms. The slightest bump would leave a very dark bruise for weeks. At 58 years old I could only imagine this getting worse. I no longer have this problem, not a bad bruise for months and the dark sunspots on the back of my hands have almost disappeared. I purchased this as a combative to 3 hernias I opened in my groin in one movement, I also had stabbing pain in heel and achilles. After 2 weeks I noticed a difference, after 10 weeks all pain was relieved, and one of the hernias had disappeared and other two decreased to almost nothing. I've been taking this for over 2 months period and I noticed my skin condition has slightly improved, so does my hair! I wasn't noticing much change to my hair, but my hairdresser did! He asked me what have I been doing, just continue to do it as my hair has become healthy again (my hair condition was terrible due to chemical treatment such as colour, bleached and perm). I then take notice of it that my hair isn't as dried as it used to be. I'm continuing to take this as it is a good supplement for my daily dietary and it gives me good result.

Quite good. I have learned that taking it with coconut water is disgusting, but everything else works well.My hair is getting better, nails are too, gut health is improving, skin is firmer and not dry, joints are what I was hoping to improve, but not yet. I've found fish is better than bovine collagen- flavor and performance wise. So far, so good!
