This product is totally consist of natural ingredients. Package is big enough and lasts really long. I’m using it only 1/2 teaspoon in the morning before meal. The taste is specific - it bitter, sweet and sour at the same time. But you definitely can get used to it, it’s not that awful. I use this supplement in complex with Hemaplex to fight with iron deficiency anemia. And feel all the benefits of this combination. I improved my digestion and immune system. Feel better day after day.

Triphala is Essential for me! It is one of the major keys that as helped me heal on my own from IBS-M. I fill empty gelatin capsules with the powder. I take enough capsules to equal about 1 teaspoon after a meal and a 1/2 teaspoon in the morning with a 2 glasses of water. I also take one teaspoon of psyllium husk powder mid-day and dairy free probiotics at dinner. Taking this Triphala my complexion improved within only 2 weeks! Triphala will always be a part of my daily health regiment! Be patient. It took me about a month to become regular. It’s been a Godsend after years of suffering! I love this product and it’s great that it’s organic!

Its almost a month since I start drinking warm water with the Triphala powder with a slice of lime. I use a half teaspoon of Triphala in a large coffee mug of hot water at least twice a day. In the morning and after dinner. The taste is mild and easy to swallow. So far no stomach upset. I hope my bowl habit will improve over long use. Its a large package. Good value.
High quality . Use it as tea with my diet for its benefits and body improvement , and use it for hair also . Its taste is very soft . No unwanted additives in this supplement. The composition and ingredients are clear and natural. Top product at a good price. The packaging was solid.
I bought this powder as its less expensive than capsules. I love that it is organic. I stir it into water. You can taste it, however, it isn't too bad. Mixing it in a smoothie or juice would probably make it undetectable.I wanted to try triphala because it is said to promote healing, immune support, cancer reduction, eye health, blood sugar control, and detoxification. Wowza!
I’ve been taking it for a week. I haven’t noticed any difference in the way I feel. It hasn’t helped my constipation…but nothing does. I’ve had it all of my life, from childhood. It’s only been a week, so I think it’s only fair to give it more time. Not sure I can update my review but if I can, I’ll come back at a later day to post one.
