I have mixed feeling about this. By the time I write this comment, I still use it in my morning routine combined with my cream and I plan on continuing using it for the time being. But honestly, I don't know if it had/have effect on my skin. At first I had a huge breakout, so bad that I stopped using it. Now, my skin is better but it definitely had an overall bad effect on my skin : i can definitely see a before/after, especially on my pores. I gave this 4 stars because of the smell - it was supposed to be scent free but it does have a strong smell that I gradually got used to. Other than that, the serum is truly amazing and does not irritate my skin. I have sensitive skin around the eye area and it didnât cause any irritation. After frequently using this every morning before applying my sunscreen, I did notice a certain glow and it worked great reducing some dark spots caused by old acne.ps. I do include chemical exfoliating in my nighttime routine occasionally and I wear/reapply sunscreen every day so you need to have a good skincare routine in order to get the most of ALL your products.

Its budget-friendly vitamin C serum, lightweight texture, brightens skin tone and targets skin texture, wrinkles, and dullness,. Perfect for combination or oily skin type. I like to use it during the day to get antioxidant protection from the vitamin C in the formula.It does not irritate my skin at all and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky or oily residue. One downside is its rustic, medicine smell and it oxidize so fast in spite of storing it inside the fridge.

I have been using this serum now for about 3 weeks now. The serum does spread easily onto the skin smoothly and absorbs quickly but doesnât leave the skin tacky or oily. This does serum does oxidise after time so will need to be careful when using and make sure itâs not oxidised as this does contain Vitamin CI use 2/3 pumps mainly in my pm routine after cleansing and toning and slow pat it on my skin and leave it on there for about 20 minutes before applying moistureriserIn the morning my skin feel soft and smooth and now that I have been using this for a while I can say I have noticed a slight difference to my complexion. This vitamin C by Korean brand Purito has shown to improve my skin texture and tone eliminating the radical damage and reducing the signs of red and dark spots. It is a part of my daily routine as there is a good effect of brightening and providing anti-inflammatory. During the summer time I apply this product at nighttime between applying the toner and moisturizing the skin. As for the winter, it is ok to use during the morning routine since it is better not to use it at at the same time with retinol products which I apply during the col season.
After seeing that purito changed the composition I decided to give their serum another chance but got disappointed again. I'm not sure but I think the serum arrived oxidized, when I opened it, it had this horrible smell, I thought that maybe, it's bc it essential oil free, so I decided to test the color which was light yellow, I then assumed it was okay to use it on my skin. I tested it mon my wrist first, no reaction, then I moved on to my face, I felt tingling on my face, wasn't burning or anything so I thought it was just the vitamin c working. i figured after a week the tingling would stop, but it didn't. Plus it triggers my rosacea condition after 2-3 hours, I had to stop using it. I won't buy again.

If you are skincare beginner and want to start using vita C serum, this is the best choice! It is not so strong (so no irritation), perfectly works for hyperpigmentation, acne scars, dullness. It is a little bit sticky, but absorbs very well, perfectly works with Centella Green Level Cream. I suggest keeping it in the fridge all the time, otherwise it oxidizes (the serum turns to be bright yellow or orange - if it happens, stop using it). After reformulation, it lasts in the fridge for 2 months without oxidization ;-) This is my 3rd bottle, its my favourite AM serum.
