bought these awhile back and never had an issue with them and i never had it shattered even when i had on 350 degrees! some recipes that i want to try call for 425 degrees and i'm not risking it just to make a recipe and besides i don't think this dish would with stand that kind of heat! not sure if theres a such a dish that can at least not that i know of!

This set is perfect. These wash like a dream and even though they are a tad heavy they perform better than any other bakeware I have used. The sizes are great too and if you spray them with a little non-stick spray before use nothing sticks! Pyrex is a brand I have used for years and have heard all the horror stories of them shattering when heated in the oven but I have never had a single issue. There is also no worry of warping like can happen with other materials. I would recommend these to anyone who bakes casseroles, makes brownies, etc.

Great bakeware! I added more sizes to my collection. Wish they were more descriptive than just in quart size. Was not sure of sizing.

I just got this in a delivery today, and read the back of the box its in? It clearly states not to use in a toaster oven! It does not say that in the above description. My only oven is a small oven, i dont know if its called a toaster oven or not, it has a rotisserie too. I was already disappointed that the large pan wont fit in it, but thought well ill use it for storage? Now i cant use the 8 inch in it either? i need it to bake some cornbread for stuffing!
These turned out to be an excellent gift idea. There is nothing like fixing something special and giving the bakeware as a small part of that something special. This worked out extremely well. I was told it is going to be used for enchilada's next time. Love it.
Used this product on many occasions. TODAY - about 45 mins ago-( just finished the horrific clean-up) the glassware SHATTERED violently in the oven while making a roast. WOW!! WARNING!!!!!!More warnings needed for temp change of ANY kind
This item was used 1 time and shattered when we took it out of the ovenIt was sitting on the stovetop ( which was not on) while we were eating the meal and it exploded. Glass all over the place. Filing a formal complaint as my hand was cut picking up the pieces. Also was only in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes
I had used the large pan about 6-8 times. I used it today and it shattered into a million pieces in the oven. It hadn't been bumped or damaged in any way. I had eaten a portion of the contents of the pan and was reheating it. The oven didn't even have time to reach 350 degrees before it shattered. Very disappointing. Now I'll go clean up the huge mess.
I used this baking dish on 375 degree and after 20 min it exploded in my oven . Got really scared because of the loud explosive noise. Really disappointed as i have heard really good things about Pyrex brand. It can cause serious injuries.
These glass baking dishes did not disappoint. Bought these to replace my metal pans that always start to rust after awhile. Nice thicker glass.
