The skillet is a great size, but the issue is that the bottom is not flat. There is a bow in the middle and the oil etc. Goes to the edges leaving the centre dry and tends to burn the food.
Perfect sized Pan for the single cooks out there. Looks good filled with Garlic Prawns.
Nice cast iron cheft pan, is about 21 cm across the bottom inside the pan. Right size for single & double burner Butane portable stoves & other campfire & gas cooking. It gets a thumbs up from me. 👍
