Trying this for the first time and really like it! It’s a gel consistency that emulsified well and leaves skin feeling hydrated and clean without stripping. Perfect for winter when I want something a bit gentler on the skin. The price is good and I think it will last a long time!

I have the most acne prone sensitive skin and my skin thrives using this face wash. I love that it is gentle , the price is great and I love how it makes my skin feel clean but still HYDRATED . I’m about to order 2 more so I don’t run out.

I read people complaining about the packaging and how a lot comes out, I didn’t have this problem at all. I think the package works well. I wish it wasn’t plastic but…It’s a brilliant cleanser. Takes the make up off, leave the skin feeling clean and hydrated.I’ll buy it again.

I don't often write reviews but I've told everyone who will listen about this. This product does everything it promises and my skin has never looked better. I've ditched the mega expensive cleanser I used for years in favour of this. This is a must have for everyone!
I was suffering from a severely irritated, sore and inflamed face from a different cleansing brand when I brought this HA cleanser after trying other Q+A products and liking them. This cleanser literally saved my face and it’s the only thing I now use to wash my face. It doesn’t sting, doesn’t have any fragrance and lathers well. It’s been the best product I’ve ever used and is now a staple in my double cleanse routine. For reference my skin type is: oily/combo, acne prone, sensitive.

I'd never heard of this brand, but I often find myself in H&B for an hour or so just reading labels and this one seemed to tick all the boxes I needed. I've got combo acne prone skin and it's honestly been a life saver. I use it twice a day and it leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin - and for the price - I mean, honestly it's a steal. I've paid 4x more for cleansers in the past and I'm so glad those days are gone!!
Picked up on a whim in Sainsbury’s - hadn’t researched the cleanser or the brand, just needed a new hydrating cleanser and was impressed by the size/price. I have dry-normal skin with hormonal acne; I normally avoid foaming cleansers like the plague but this is the only one that hasn’t dried my skin!! My routine is mostly hydration-focused anyway, and since introducing this as my second cleanse I think my skin has looked more even, hydrated, and had less breakouts! I use this cleanser morning and evening and it leaves my skin clean and fresh-feeling. Other cleansers have left my skin feeling taut and dry, while this does the opposite - I love it! It's also economical, as you don't need to use much at a time. I also appreciate the fact that I am not paying for lavish advertising and expensive packaging - just for an excellent product
I bought this for myself ages ago ( I repurchase because it’s lovely). My 43 year old skin is usually very dry but this cleanser really really ensures that it is more plump, hydrated and smooth). It suits all skin types as my teenage daughter loves it and now has a beautiful complexion for her age. Please try this, you will not be disappointed!
This always feels like a refreshing deep cleanse. It lathers up really well, you only need a tiny amount. It feels like it gets deep into your pours. It great for a fresh face wake up and go in the morning, and cleansing all the days dirt in the evening. I am really happy with this product.
