I liked the look of this NAS. Everything worked out of a very well packaged box. A breeze to connect up and insert a couple of Seagate Iron Wolf HDDs. Configuration was a bit tricky and time consuming though, especially for a first time user. I am wiser for the experience now. QNAP NAS's are a top choice. I would stick with another if I was making another purchase.

I was not sure what to expect. Reading specs and manuals can only get you so far. It's basically a small computer with a few expansion bays/slots. But QNAP makes it impressive with their software. I'm an IT professional and I'm very impressed.
