Didn’t find it very helpful when taking one per day, but seemed beneficial at 2 per day, but becomes expensive to take. Will go back to another brand that worked well at one per day making it more economical.

I formerly tried the Colloidal Silica in liquid form and found it a very refreshing way to take a skin/hair supplement.I had finished my bottle of Colloidal Silica and thought I would try the capsules. Both products provide the same great results although the capsules are easier to take if you are time poor! Both liquid and caps provide have provided evident hair and skin improvements.Would definitely purchase both products again

I have struggled for years with brittle nails and splitting hair. Since starting this product i have noticed a difference in the strength in my nails. They no longer split at the sides and my hair has grown considerably in the 3-4 weeks that i have been taking. I would recommend these to anyone that is struggling with hair and Nails.

Gel polish removal has caused my nails to become soft and break easily. I have noticed that they are becoming stronger and growing again since taking the Silica caps. I also have less hair fall and my hair is definitely growing faster. Recommended!

I've been using this product for 6 months and its great. My nails were the first thing i noticed - stronger and a better colour. I also suffer from cracked heels and while they haven't completely disappeared all my deep cracks have gone and there are a few light cracks left which are disappearing. Finally my frown line and crows feet have softened. I will keep using this product

I purchased these capsules after reading some very promising reviews, hoping they may help my nails.I have had one toe nail that for years has grown with a split. And more recently one of my fingernails had started to do the same.After just one month my fingernail has stopped splitting and appears to becoming stronger.And I am gobsmacked that my toe nail also seems to be growing in one piece for the first time in many years.I have just purchased my second lot, and look forward to seeing if the ridges in my nails keep improving also.
I swim 5 times a week and my nails have always been very brittle, they used to break continually at the edges.I think this was caused by the chlorine in the pool.My daughter put me onto the Silica supplement and I have been taking it for over 2 months now.My nails have gone stronger, they don't break anymore so I can have them longer, and they look healthy!I now can show nice looking nails, and keep on swimming.good stuff!
