To start off, I worked as a design engineer on injection molded parts and consumer electronics.Firstly, I don't mind using a specific case for the quadlock functionality, but coming from an Otterbox, the quality was a small step down. Recently purchased mag cases for some Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultras.The Mag Cases themselves are fantastic. I also bought the little ring for the quad-lock; it is also great. We have the older series windscreen mounts in our motor vehicles and it's good that these don't need upgrading to be compatible with the mag cases.We also bought screen protectors this time around. I can't say they were enjoyable. The screen protectors for the S23 Ultra are a 2-piece affair. Although they come with all the tools and you can watch instructional videos on the internet - we were unable to achieve a satisfactory installation. I purchased the complete package (case, motorcycle charger, vibration dampener and poncho) for use on an off-pavement motorcycle. The unit works well and the phone does not come loose regardless of the jarring from riding over large rocks. There are two issues so far. First, the charging head collects dust which makes it not engage or release properly. Second the case is thicker than normal prohibiting use in any other charger or holder. This is actually the more irritating problem because it obsoletes all of the other charges currently installed in my home and various autos.

I am on my second Quad Lock phone case. I absolutely loved my last one, and I love this one even more! Both were Galaxy cases. However, as phones are getting bigger and heavier I am noticing that I drop it a lot. More specifically, it slips off of my lap, or slips out of my hand. The case protects it very well, but I feel like some improvements could be made to prevent this. If the cases were slightly grippier, or a but more rubbery, they would be perfect! They just need a tackier or grippier surface, or some rubberized grips on the side and bottom and I think it would be a huge improvement!Still, I love my case and I do recommend them to everyone!Thanks!
I purchased the Quad Lock 360 Lever Head, Quad Lock 360 Flexible Adhesive Base and a case for my S20+.I expected alot as the pricing of QL is quite expensive and I read alot of positive feedback.Sadly I was completely disappointed. I'm using the base on my mountainbike, I even fixed it with addition cable ties.First ride the phone including case flipped out of the base twice. Luckily, even though in rough terrain, the phone did not break (I used an additional glass protector).Next ride (second ride overall) I had a small crash, my leg rammed the lever head and the lever broke. Unusable now.Almost 80€ for the trashbin. Cannot recommend this for outdoor action at all.
Quadlock case for Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra... It's a good case. Bought it because I changed my phone - I've had Quadlock stuff for a few years. I think the buttons could be made easier to locate, especially with gloves on. My experience is that the case(s) can be quite difficult to snap into the holder. You have to get it lined up just right. I suppose this is a consequence of the good secure connection, but if you want something that can be quickly mounted and unmounted with one hand then quadlock will probably get on your nerves. However, overall, a very good piece of kit as part of a reliable and secure mount system.
I got the Quad Lock system with the damper for Christmas from my wife. I have used it 3 times now on single track woods riding in Indiana. The rides have all been over 30 miles in rough very tight single track. Each ride I had the phone pop off the mount. I am not saying I don't like the mount it works very well but you can't assume your phone won't come off. 2 of the three times it popped off when a branch hit it and popped it off. The 3rd time was I hopped a very big log it was over 3 ft tall and it popped off from the shock of hopping the log. It would actually be nice if it had some type of lanyard so it would it the ground. It is awesome to be able to record tracks and see where you are.
I love the quad lock product and use it in my car, motorcycle and bike. the mounts are sturdy and it is quick to attach and detach but wont accidently fall off.I purchased a bundle from Quan Lock which included the case for my galaxy S22, a poncho and screen protector.The case is great. It fits well and offers good protection against drops. Although there is some flex at the narrow points by the buttons and camera cutout.The screen protector would not let the finger print scanner work even after trying to reset the prints. the phone just couldn't read my finger prints. I ended up taking the screen protector off.The poncho fit well but made the phone almost unusable. I could hardly make out the screen and the touch screen just wasn't liking it. got in touch with Quad Lock to explain what I needed a 4x4 dash mount to hold the phone steady for filming whilst driving. was told the Galaxy s10 case would fit my Galaxy S10 5G. Ordered all the parts, including the vibration dampener. waited 4 weeks for delivery. Surprise! the Galaxy S10 case DOES NOT fit the S10 5G... like a cm or two out. Rang Quad lock, they said oh sorry you were given the wrong info - we will send you a label to return all products as we do not have a suitable mount for the S10 5G (still haven't received this label btw). So the quad lock had no perfect size ring for my KTM Duke 390.. it has a non standard handlebar. So i had to cut the 28mm one. Otherwise, the mounting works great and vib dampener fits well. The case for my phone S23U is so basic, i dont really like it. Its a fingerprint magnet, offers little protection and its expensive for what it is. Quad lock needs to make them more premium for the price we pay. My Spigen case offers far better protection and looks way better for half the price... half. I was surprised at the quality.. but my complete set with the Pro mount bracket cost me total 150$.. just take my money.
