This is the second case Iāve bought, as have a new phone. Found after a year, the ring/stand gets a bit loose and rattly. Not a problem, but a bit annoying! Also, a white, or non heat absorbing colour option would be good, as sometimes, when using the car dash mount, the phone overheats. But other than that, these cases and docking system is awesome! This is the only system I have ever used that has never fallen off while driving with the dash mount! Was a bit sceptical, but also have the motorcycle mount, and my phone has never fallen off!! Also recommend the universal type quick fit mount, works great on my golf buggy, and would also be great on push chair/shopping trolly!

But this recent experience has left me feeling very let down, and I will now be moving to another brand who cares more about their customer.

As a satisfied owner of a QuadLock case and bicycle mount, when I upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro Max I immediately bought a QuadLock MagCase to go with it. The speed of delivery was excellent, and I have no complaints about the protection offered by the case, or how well it connects to my existing mount. Unfortunately, what I am unhappy about is that case is not compatible with Apple's MagSafe charger, despite advertised as "compatible with wireless charging". I raised this issue to the Support team (who were very polite) and was advised that "with the latest generation of iPhones, Apple have changed the distance that their charging coils will connect from", so the MagCase is not MagSafe compatible. 1. The cut for the Camera Control button is a shame. I understand third-party case manufacturers did not know about the new button and could not be better prepared. However, itās up to each company either to rush and release a subpar product or delay and allow sufficient time and effort for R&D.2. The case is not friendly with the Belkin protective glass sold by Apple. When I put the case on, it pushes the protective glass and makes it unstick. That's quite problematic. I understand that the bezel became even thinner, so making a case that sits firmly on the phone is difficult. However, Apple's original silicon cases do snap quite well.
I recently purchased a case and screen protector for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The case, a Quad Lock model, has been excellent as expected. Iāve consistently used Quad Lock cases for my motorbike, and they have always been durable and effective in protecting my phone.However, the screen protector did not meet my expectations. It failed to cover the entire visible screen area, leaving some pixels exposed beyond the edge of the protector. Additionally, the sides of the protector did not adhere fully, resulting in visible lifting along the edges. Consequently, I opted to purchase a different screen protector that properly fits the specifications of the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
I always think the real litmus test to know whether a product or service deserves a 5star review is if you would buy it again. I have had my iPhone X since October 2018 and I always buy quad cases for all my phones. They get pretty battered. I have the sports strap thing for when I am running, the car Mount, tripod mount and the bicycle mount and I use my phone 12+ hours per day. Only now after almost 4 years have I had to replace it because it started breaking apart! So I bought a new one. The main difference with the one I have now to the one from 2018 though is that the buttons are now completely concealed so there is even more protection. The plastic is noticeably tougher too.The only thing I donāt like with these new cases is that there is this kind of fine joining line that runs all around the case which is left there during the moulding process, which is kinda irritating. Iām tempted to use some fine grit sandpaper to smooth it down, but it will ruin the nice Matt finish of the case. Thatās another thing the finish of the new cases is a higher friction matt plastic so it feels more sticky/secure in your hand which I like a lot.I am a massive fan of the quad lock system overall. The mounts etc might seem āexpensiveā but once you have bought them they just last forever and you can use multiple phones with them all you need to do is buy the cases. I also bought the quad lock ring/stand - again it seems āexpensiveā but itās so well made and worth it for the extra security and comfort.
The case is solid, good protection. The quad lock element works well on my bike. However, charging via MagSafe is far more miss than hit. Whether in my car or on my desk, getting it to charge is incredibly glitchy. More often than not, it simply wonāt charge, leaving me to plug in with a cable, defeating the purpose of a MagSafe case and wireless charging. I canāt used it as my every day case because of that.
I recently purchased some new quad lock goodies for a second motorbike that I intend to take on an off road challenge. handle bar mount,Vibration dumper, wireless charge head and a new case for an iPhone to replace the old tatty worn out one that was a few years old.After only 5 or 6 miles into my journey having just fitted the quad lock system. A car turned across in front of me sending me and the bike cartwheeling down the road. Me straight in to the trauma unit with multiple rib fractures and a broken back amongst other injuries.I was amazed to discover that my phone stayed perfectly where I left it on its quad lock mount with not so much as a single scratch.This is testament to the quality and strength of quad lock components. Case seems quite good for protecting phone. Buttons are nice.It would be great if it was more grippy though as the very smooth material is very slippery.I was really looking forward to using Appleās new 25w MagSafe charger on the iPhone 16 pro, but unfortunately the charger does not work at all with this case. And Iām not going to buy the QuadLock Mag charger because it only chargers at 7.5w which is very slow and outdated by todayās standards.Overall, happy enough with the case. But please make it grippier and please make it support Apple MagSafe, or at least make a QuadLock charger that supports 25w+ on the new iPhones.
Small adjustment period to the grip, being a lot smoother than the previous case. Slipping and being dropped a few times, least the case proved its durability. Overall love the mag ring being able to place into metal surfaces is useful, good for wireless changing too. (Obviously)Wouldnāt mind seeing a few custom graphics or highlighted colour case options for worksites. Considering the price which is fair, personal touches would be worth the few extra coins.
