Got delivered in my weekly shop, I was using them as a raffle prize for my children's school, ive gone to take them into the school and the box had no seal on it and thw box was completely empty. How disgusting to have something delivered empty, they were delivered on top of my roses, hence why I didn't question the weight

Not only has there been changes to the packaging of the sweets, the taste doesn't have the mmmm quality as it did previously. Thankfully trick & treaters came & they soon went. Unfortunately won't be buying again.
I brought all the chocolates for Christmas, however I have started eating them early. I just opened up a tub and I am totally disgusted to be honest. Once upon a time a tin looked full, this looks half empty, the chocolate if you can call it that, is pretty bland. As far as I am concerned they need to remove the word quality from the tub.
Same quality as always, just very disappointing packaging. I usually use quality street in decorative bowls over Christmas, but they look cheap and nasty now.
When these used to be sold in tins, you used to get value for money, but since they introduced these plastic tubs they've lacked content. A shame, really, because having a tin of Quality Street used to be a staple of every Christmas. This will be the last time I do so. And also, in an age where companies should be reducing their plastic packaging, it seems odd for a company to add to plastic waste, so bring back the tins!
I clearly ordered the TUB but staff thought I’d like the TIN which is not what I ordered. Both products are imported from overseas and have different flavours, the tub is from the UK & the tin they gave me is from SA. Two very different tasting chocolates. Thankfully the lady at CS was helpful and apologetic and she mentioned I was not the first one to complain about this
Purchased these for Yuletide,but noticed a difference in a actual weight received.On opening there was barely a covering with 2 of the assortment completely missing,the foil wrapping stuck inside the fondants with a odd white coating on the chocolate outer.Reported to Asda C Service as the quantity and amount of product is completely out.
These were awful I bought for a party and people were opening them and they were dry and discoloured I only bought them on 11/09/23 if I had been buying them for Christmas it would have been a massive disappointment !Plus they didn’t scream quality at all !
