I purchased 3 Quartet Magnetic Dry-Erase Boards for my 3 granddaughters. My daughter-in-law called me the day after Christmas and said that present won first prize because Santa gave them a Teacher's play kit and they used the Boards for their game. I also bought them erasers and more Erasable markers and they were able to draw pictures in color and enjoyed erasing them upon will. This was a little expensive but I didn't mind paying more because I knew the product would last a lot longer than a cheaper product. The really liked the ledge for the eraser and the markers. They were light enough for them to carry and sturdy enough so they wouldn't break.

Poorly built. I had to glue it after assembly as it wouldn't hold together as designed. Cheap junk.

Please consider adding a universal recycle symbol to the packaging (This applies to all products, it is easy to alter and significantly helps with user recycling). When used with drywall it can be a little loose as well, but absolutely useable when installed properly.

Please consider adding a universal recycle symbol to the packaging (This applies to all products, it is easy to alter and significantly helps with user recycling). When used with drywall it can be a little loose as well, but absolutely useable when installed properly.
Purchased today, unwrapped it, ready to put it up on the office wall and the product completely fell apart. Avoid this flimsy and poorly constructed product. A complete waste of my time and money. I feel embarrassed to admit that I purchased it.
I opened the plastic on this whiteboard, and instantly one of the edges came off of it. The glue used was really bad, so the board has none of the protective edges and I'm stuck with a 38 dollar, rectangular, sharp edged, impossible to hang whiteboard. I need it for two different jobs so it was especially disappointing. The part that you draw on works ( I think it's probably hard to mess that up), but being left instantly with pieces falling off was a real deal-breaker for me.
I bought this for my Dad's office and the first thing that went wrong was the tray at the bottom wouldn't click into place. We decided to forego the tray since we were mainly using the magnet properties of it. Immediately after drilling the pilot holes where it attached to the walls, the frame fell off. The glue holding it on the cardboard was ancient and two of the pegs in the corners that attach to the perpendicular side had broken. Since we already drilled holes in the walls that matched this installation, we decided to repair it instead of just returning it for another that could be equally as terrible. Avoid at all costs. There are much better options out there.
This was cheaply made and started to fall apart (separate from the frame) as soon as I took it out of the package. It was WAY overpriced for the quality of the product. Luckily, my husband is a carpenter and was able to make it work....with several revisions. The eraser/pen tray only went onto the frame in the horizontal position and wasn't adaptable for hanging vertically. We had to attach the tray from our old board to the wall below the new board in order to have a working tray. I should have taken this back as soon as it started to fall apart, but the store had NO OTHER boards to offer that were the correct dimensions for my needs. I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!
The Quartet Magnetic Dry-Erase Board is the right size for smaller or medium sized offices. The 18" x 30" size is also perfect for cubicles or other office work spaces. This size provides plenty of writing surface for To-Dos, notes, projects and other important information that needs to be front and center to act as a reminder. The ink wipes off very quickly and completely. There is enclosed mounting hardware so it can be mounted on a wall or a soft wall of a cubicle. This is a great unit to have keep organized with.
I originally paid ~$55 for this board but then found out I could buy it on line for half the price and pick up. So I returned the original board and picked up an exact duplicate. Thought I was being a smart shopper, but as I was installing, the board started falling apart (separating from the frame). Once properly installed, it is fine, but couldn't believe how cheaply made it is. I'm not sure its worth more than $5, but its functioning the way I needed it to. I would recommend to a friend but would set the expectations first.
