I have heard a few people talk about Quest Protein Bar - Cookies and Cream and I decided to finally try this flavor of Quest Protein Bar. This is actually the only flavor I have tried so far. The flavor isn't too bad, as it has the flavor of chocolate chip cookie dough. Of course, along with that flavor comes a somewhat after taste that almost seems chalky to me. One disclaimer is that if you have an intolerance to artificial sweeteners or large amounts of fiber, this may not be the product for you. Quest uses a lot of erythritol and prebiotic fiber to bulk up their products, which can make some people bloated and uncomfortable. I have no such problem with this, so these are totally fine for me! Overall, I think that this is one of the best Quest flavors out there. If you want a cheaper alternative, the Costco Protein Bars are a great option (though I’m not a fan of their Cookies and Cream flavor, which is quite hard and artificial tasting - get their Chocolate brownie or Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavors instead) and taste fairly similar to this flavor, at less than half the price, but there’s really nothing that can compare to this delicious protein bar!

Lable says "BIOENGINEERED FOOD INGREDIENTS" !!!NO Thank you. When I went you your site did not see that term used. I would NOT have purchased.

Great for Everyday Use

This product is great for everyday use. It’s effective, easy to incorporate into my routine, and has provided noticeable benefits. The taste was awsome, I ate the bar before my workout and it was great. I appreciate that it’s not overwhelming or difficult to use, and the results have been steady and consistent. It’s become a regular part of my daily regimen, and I’m very pleased with the overall effect it’s had on my health and well-being. Healthy way to start the day with a big hit of protein; also good for diabetics.

These protein and fiber rich bars, with only a few grams of carbohydrates, are perfect for a quick morning meal, especially if one is diabetic, as I am. They come in 18 flavors that I know of, and average around 200 calories. Cookies & Cream and Cookie dough I like the best. I would feel guilty eating them, except for the fact that I only eat them when I am shy of my 200 gram daily protein goal at the end of the day. My diet is high protein, low carbs, but I struggle to get adequate fiber because I don't like to eat plants (vegetables, salads). [Rewarded Review] Great tasting diabetic bar

As a Type 2 Diabetic and a physician I am very careful about the protein bars I purchase. Until recently I was using a competitor’s product. I was resigned to eating what tasted like cardboard to satisfy my nutritional needs and glycemic demands. And then I discovered Quest.
