This protein is one of my favorites. The quest brand in general has never steered me wrong, but the vanilla is probably the best one I’ve ever tried. I love that it’s low carb and low fat so you don’t have to worry about your macros and I believe the sugar is low as well, which can be hard to find in protein powders. This mixes well with water or milk and I sometimes add it to my coffee for a protein boost in the morning. The flavor isn’t too chalky or sweet. Overall I rely on quest and definitely love and use their products regularly. This is worth your money if you’re in the market for a good protein powder.

I have heard a few people talk about Quest Protein Bar - Cookies and Cream and I decided to finally try this flavor of Quest Protein Bar. This is actually the only flavor I have tried so far. The flavor isn't too bad, as it has the flavor of chocolate chip cookie dough. Of course, along with that flavor comes a somewhat after taste that almost seems chalky to me. It is the taste I come to relate to protein bars in general. The texture of this protein bar is also similar to ready to bake chocolate chip cookie dough. I do admit, I like the flavor, but the after taste keeps me from wanting to eat it every day. I could eat this bar one to two times per week though. Eating healthy, maintaining my weight and fitness is important to me. I’ve been using Quest products for several years now. Truthfully have not been disappointed with any products I’ve tried by Quest. The Salted Caramel Protein Powder is a staple in our home. I generally have a shake mid to late afternoon, adding in my supplements along with Almond Milk, a handful of ice cubes and blend. When finished the consistency reminds me of a milkshake. Tastes great and feels like I’m cheating, all the while knowing I’ve done something great for my body and got all my supplements in for the day.

So there was a time I would but all the flavors of Quest Bars because I was on a keto diet and read so much hype about these bars on social media that I literally convinced myself many times that they tasted good. Truthfully I think I can only tolerate the lemon bar flavor but the rest, including Oreo (and I love Oreos!) taste so artificial! Worst part is they’re hard and chewy and no matter how many times you warm them up, they don’t taste like “dessert”. I think at my age I’ve learned, if you want a good snack just make your own version of a healthy protein snack like I now make my own trail mix with raw nuts and dark chocolate nubs and that satisfies my cravings for something either salty or sweet. But these bars just don’t cut it for me.
The Cookies and Cream flavor is made with a combination of high-quality protein sources, including whey protein isolate and milk protein isolate, which provide 21 grams of protein per bar. The bar also contains 14 grams of fiber, which can help to promote feelings of fullness and aid in digestion. The Cookies and Cream flavor has a creamy and slightly sweet flavor that is reminiscent of the classic cookies and cream dessert with a satisfyingly chewy texture that can help to satisfy cravings for something sweet and indulgent. If you're looking for a convenient and tasty snack that is high in protein and fiber, the Quest Cookies and Cream protein bar is definitely worth trying.
This is the best protein powder I’ve ever had! The flavor of this one melds so well with other things in a smoothie. The protein taste is not overwhelming like others, and it even makes my smoothies creamier. The downside is that this is a more expensive protein. If you’re trying to find value, yo I won’t find it with this one. However, I still recommend a try, as this is such a tasty protein powder! As far as results, I don’t really notice any muscle build or anything, but I don’t workout as much as other do. It does tend to fill me up though! Mix this stuff in a fruit smoothie with some milk and even yogurt for more protein! I can guarantee you it tastes delicious!
There are a lot of "pluses" with this protein powder.* Good quality ingredients* Low sugar and calories compared to the protein* Superior texture (in my opinion) for a milkshake consistency.I mix it with a small "bullet" sized blender with ice and water. (Tip - I found that putting the ice in first, then powder, then water reduces the amount that doesn’t get blended) and it comes out with a milk shake consistency. Seems to blend more air in than other powders that I've used. The only "negative" is that if you're in a hurry it's harder to drink quickly.I'd recommend it to anyone.
It’s pretty good for a low carb, low sugar protein shake. I’m prediabetic so I like to mix it with a bit of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and add more or less depending on how much protein I’m feeling. You have to tinker with the ratio of powder to liquid if you want to maximize the flavor. This tastes like garbage if you use just a scoop in water. The artificial sweeteners are indiscernible which is great. It has a slight protein taste but nothing overpowering. The cream flavor is definitely the star of the show, I can’t actually taste any “cookie” except for the literal chunks that are present in the powder. I guess that’s what they mean by cookies and cream? Haha.
Upon first opening, the container is 3/4ths full, which I’ve come to realize is every protein container no matter what you buy. The powder is fluffy and airy which I love more than your thick powders. I shook it without a shaker ball in my shakeology cup, using 2 scoops and 16oz of milk. The powder blended in nicely, leaving no frothy powder on top (like I’ve had with SlimFast), nor any leftover powder on the bottom, nor chunks of powder left at that. The taste was nice; a smooth vanilla shake flavor, almost like that of a vanilla shake from a restaurant. Pleased with the experience overall and will continue to buy.
This is the first flavor of Quest powder I have tried, and the first protein powder I have loved. Many others get clumpy & chalky & are hard tim mix, not this. I bought this at another retailer and a lot of the reviews said it's only good with (almond/oat/cashew/cow) milk- I disagree. I mix this with water and usually add a scoop of instant espresso in for a protein iced coffee & it's delicious- I do 2 scoops of this, 2-3 tablespoons of coffee, and 2 cups of water. That's my breakfast most days, and holds me over for quite a while. Even my non-dieting sibling said it was enjoyable. It's a great help for my efforts to kick my starbucks habit! There are bits of cookie in this, just so you're aware, which I could see being a turn off for a lot of people. I don't mind ... MoreThis is the first flavor of Quest powder I have tried, and the first protein powder I have loved. Many others get clumpy & chalky & are hard tim mix, not this.
