I absolutely love this flavor! Most flavors are either a chocolate or some type of peanut butter. There’s nothing wrong with either of those flavors but sometimes you just want variety. These fit the bill perfectly. The lemon flavor is not overpowering at all and the little bites of crumble cake are terrific! I ALWAYS include a box of lemon cake bars in all my orders. Absolutely recommended!!!

Easy to pack into hiking bag, or to take along on a road trip. I like that there are high in protein, sweet enough to help quiet the sweets craving, offer nutritious value and are easy to port. We get soft if exposed to high heat levels, if hiking or in a long distance car ride, protect agains excessive sun/heat. Lemon flavor is pretty good as far as protein bars are concerned, if one is prone to getting heartburn readily, these may not be the bar for you.

I usually get the choc chop cookie flavored bars, but decided to try one of the fruit flavored ones this time. The protein and calorie content is excellent, but there is maybe a slight chemical flavor to it (that protein flavor that often corresponds with high protein bars). That being said, I’m a fan of the brand, and it doesn’t bother me too much. I’d definitely get these again!

Okay. I’ve been been eating these the wrong way for years. My “go to” has always been the Chocolate Brownie. I keep one in my bag for a quick lunch or snack. But, recently, when craving crunchy cookies to snack on, I happened upon the option of creating quick cookies from quest bars. Basically, I divide a bar into 8 pieces, arrange the pieces on parchment paper with space between them, put them in the microwave for 30 seconds, mash them flat with a fork, and back into the microwave for another 20-30 seconds (I’ve got a low wattage machine — your cook time may be different). [This can also be done in the oven — one site says 8 min at 360, but I haven’t personally tried that.] Once cooled, I have delightfully crunchy little cookies that I can put in a small container ... I find that where I used to eat an entire bar because that was how it’s packaged, I can now grab a few little cookies between meetings, and that tides me over, or I can finish off my lunch with a protein packed dessert. I’ve tried this with several different flavors, and ironically, brownie is my least favorite... but, none of them have been bad. So far, my favorites have been peanut butter brownie smash (hands down favorite!), chocolate chip cookie dough, oatmeal chocolate chip and white chocolate raspberry. Double chocolate chunk, pumpkin pie, cinnamon roll and birthday cake were good, but not on my everyday rotation. The bottom line is that if you’re looking for a little low carb, high protein variety, this may be a good option for you.
The protein chips are a good alternative to regular chips if you follow a gluten free or low carb lifestyle. The prices are reasonable compared to some other suppliers. Sweet chilli are my favourite. The protein bars again offer a good sweet treat for Keto or low carb diets. The birthday cake and lemon cake are my personal favourites even though they upset my stomach if I eat an entire bar - probably the type of fibre used.
Quest has a wide variety of protein bars from Oatmeal Chocolate Chip to Blueberry Muffin. Me, I'm a peanut butter, chocolate lover, each bar has 20 protein, 4 carbs and 1 sugar. They're tasty and this is my go to food in the mornings. I am a senior who had my sleeve done 9 yrs ago best thing, I've ever done for me. You need the protein and I personally like their new snack bars, chips to help me stay within the bariatric food plan which I struggle with. Quest is one of the best flavored ones and I highly recommend them.
I LOVE all the Quest Bars…They’re an Excellent, Delicious way to add protein to my daily intake..They are soft & chewy, almost like a cookie dessert fresh out of the oven; especially if you warm them for a bit in the microwave (10 seconds)….and I sometimes like to make a little Swerve frosting to sprinkle up top! I absolutely love this flavor of the Quest bars. It’s also softer and tastes amazingly great! I highly received these! I had RNY surgery many years ago and these are a great tool to help me keep my protein intake up and get me through emergencies while stuck out shopping. Try these! They satisfy your hunger without causing you to swerve into a bad choice!
These are hands down my favourite protein bar, and possibly the only one I’ve ever tried that actually has the taste and texture of real food. Most others stick to the roof of your mouth like chewy cardboard but these lemon ones are delicious (the lemon tastes like real lemon… not citrus air freshener!) and there’s no weird science lab protein bar aftertaste either.My favourite way to eat them is as a mid-morning snack. They go really nicely with a hot cup of thyme tea, to compliment the lemon taste.One of these keeps me full until my next proper meal, which helps me make good choices about what I’m eating. Not to mention it helps me easily hit my daily protein goal.
New softer texture, melts in mouth. Better taste. Probably smaller which explains less calories but they do the trick. I find it hard to eat. 12 hours caring for patients on an empty stomach is rough. Sure cookies, donuts, candy are doable but that’s why I needed quest bars protein - carbs to fight temptation.
