Not only does it satisfy my tastebuds, but it also helps with my performance when and endurance when I run. The only downside is gas....Don't eat any more than 1-2 a day. RIP my sister who sleeps in the same room as me. But hey, the sprint fit eggplant grape flavoured car refreshner does wonders for my Bedroom ??

I do high protein keto so I can’t have “normal” sweets. I have a bad sweet tooth so that was a struggle until I found Quest Protein bars. I love them. My only complaint with this one is the packaging makes it look like it’s like a caramelo. That’s not the case. It’s actually a bar with chunks of caramel and chocolate. Note: if you’re not on a limited diet you probably won’t like the taste of these. However once you’ve detoxed from sugar these taste like heaven.

Good quality snack with good ingredients. The taste is quite good, but there is a small chemical taste. The size is a good for a snack or meal replacement, and has a good amount of protein. Good for fitness, or before or after a workout or training. Good snack for dieting. The bar is easy to carry. The benefit is the 20 grams of protein.

My favorite!
13 November 2022

These are sooo good! Quest Bars are my favorite low carb, high protein bars and this is my favorite flavor as I love chocolate. These have a rich, chocolately flavor and lovely semi-chewy vs crumbly texture (in a good way). They're even better when you microwave them to warm and soften them up which melts the chocolate chips a little. I don't eat a lot of protein bars, but I like to have a stash of these on hand when I need them for convenience.

Not satisfied
14 December 2022

The package is good. The size of the bar normal. I bought it because I want to cover my protein need in my diet since i do workout and doing strength training. I though it will benefit me to eat tasty and fast protein source, plus that I love chocolate. But from the pic on the package I thought it’s cookies and I was very disappointed when I found it’s like a paste texture bar with some chocolate pieces. The taste is horrible. It doesn’t taste like chocolate at all so I bought it at 2021 and I still have it till today

Okay. I’ve been been eating
6 October 2019

Okay. I’ve been been eating these the wrong way for years. My “go to” has always been the Chocolate Brownie. I keep one in my bag for a quick lunch or snack. But, recently, when craving crunchy cookies to snack on, I happened upon the option of creating quick cookies from quest bars. Basically, I divide a bar into 8 pieces, arrange the pieces on parchment paper with space between them, put them in the microwave for 30 seconds, mash them flat with a fork, and back into the microwave for another 20-30 seconds (I’ve got a low wattage machine — your cook time may be different). [This can also be done in the oven — one site says 8 min at 360, but I haven’t personally tried that.] Once cooled, I have delightfully crunchy little cookies that I can put in a small container ... MoreOkay. I find that where I used to eat an entire bar because that was how it’s packaged, I can now grab a few little cookies between meetings, and that tides me over, or I can finish off my lunch with a protein packed dessert. I’ve tried this with several different flavors, and ironically, brownie is my least favorite... but, none of them have been bad. So far, my favorites have been peanut butter brownie smash (hands down favorite!), chocolate chip cookie dough, oatmeal chocolate chip and white chocolate raspberry. Double chocolate chunk, pumpkin pie, cinnamon roll and birthday cake were good, but not on my everyday rotation. The bottom line is that if you’re looking for a little low carb, high protein variety, this may be a good option for you.

Quest is the Goat of Pro’Bars
5 December 2022

I LOVE all the Quest Bars… They’re an Excellent, Delicious way to add protein to my daily intake.. They are soft & chewy, almost like a cookie dessert fresh out of the oven; especially if you warm them for a bit in the microwave (10 seconds)….and I sometimes like to make a little Swerve frosting to sprinkle up top! YummY! Highly recommend! 10 Stars!

Tasty, soft! My favorite!
16 February 2023

I absolutely love this flavor of the Quest bars. It’s also softer and tastes amazingly great! I highly received these! I had RNY surgery many years ago and these are a great tool to help me keep my protein intake up and get me through emergencies while stuck out shopping. Try these! They satisfy your hunger without causing you to swerve into a bad choice!

These bars gave me terrible
22 June 2020

These bars gave me terrible hand eczema. No other bars do, and no other food does. The eczema started after the last "improved formula" change. Unfortunately, I kept eating the bars for another year after the eczema began, unaware that the Quest Bars were the problem. Since I stopped eating this brand, the eczema has healed and I have had no flareups. I never isolated which ingredient in the bars caused the problem. I did write the company and asked if Quest Bar ingredients are sourced in China. Their response was that they obtain their ingredients "worldwide," which I suppose means "yes." I'm giving the product a "1" rating because the new, improved formula was anything but an improvement in my case, but I'm recommending the product to others because Your Mileage ... MoreThese bars gave me terrible hand eczema. The only other caveat is that the bars are quite high in fiber - maybe too much if you like to eat more than one bar at a time.
