I have been on the hunt for a facial SPF mist/spray that I can use to reapply over makeup. All of the other ones I have tried have been greasy, mattifying, splotchy in application, and/or have stung my eyes. This does NONE OF THAT. To be fair, I've only used it once so far, so hopefully my skin isn't reactive, but I just had to come and write a review right away. The value is also incredible. Another facial mist spf I was looking at wasn't even a fluid ounce and was about the same as this one. This also gave a nice dewy, NOT GREASY, finish that melted my makeup down into my skin. I am really, really, REALLY impressed with it so far. The only downside is that the smell is a bit strong, but it is an SPF and I can deal with it. These two products are amazing! I have combo skin and have found other products just too heavy and greasy. The Prep step is so lightweight and absorbs really quickly. It works well under makeup too and doesn't leave me slippery at the end of the day. I wear it every single day. The set step is revolutionary! I kept it in my bag on a recent holiday and it was a lifesaver. My whole family used it and loved it too. It creates a nice glow all over but without being heavy. I sometimes will set my t-zone with translucent powder after using it to make that area matte again, but that is just a personal preference. I definitely don't do that when I am out for the day. So glad I bought this set, highly, higly recommend.

But with the Quick Screen Prep - which has my moisturiser, primer, sunscreen and blue light protection - all of that is taken care of in one cute little bottle! I have tried multiple 5 star review sunscreens that claim they are not going to leave oily residue, won’t leave a white cast and will feel great on your skin, but have all been unsuccessful in their claims. I have used this spray sunscreen a few times now and it sets so nicely on my face. It doesn’t make my face look shiny or oily, doesn’t leave a white cast and doesn’t feel gross on my skin. Because it is a spray, it also goes onto my ears so easily which I love. I also find it is better to apply the sunscreen while wearing a fabric headband so it doesn’t get into your hair. The person/people who created this sunscreen, thank you!!!
Good sunscreen is so hard to find, I either find they're too oily, too thick, I feel like I'm wearing a mask and it just feels icky on my skin. Applying Quick Screen Set over the top of makeup is super easy, its not oily so it didn't move my makeup and just laid over the top really nicely. It's not heavy like other sunscreens and I could barely tell I had anything on. I also didn't experience any white cast or flashback. I’m really great at reapplying my SPF when I’m at home or not wearing makeup, but being out and about and/or wearing a full face of makeup can make it seem difficult than it has to be. I always start the day with a proper base layer of SPF before makeup in the morning. 1/4 tsp for face or 1/3-1/2 for face, neck, ears (more for other exposed areas). When I’m really time poor I go for a spray with SPF like The Quick Screen SPF 50+ Glowy Finishing Spray* it’s super convenient to top up my spf - you do have to go in harder than 2 or 3 sprays 😉 I tend to do like 15 or more in all directions and angles around my face - more is more with SPF right?!It’s settles really nicely on the skin and leaves a really beautiful glow. Yes, you’ll disturb your makeup a little but your skin will thank you in the long run. This method really works best with a fairly liquid-like texture SPF. I’ve tried it with the new Quick Screen SPF 50+ Prep Moisturizer* and it works out fab!Obvs you can also use this as your proper SPF layer in the morning too. Such a beautiful fluid SPF that leaves a radiant finish to the skin.
I bought this sunscreen because it was hyped up on social media. I sprayed it on my face and almost instantly, my eyes were starting to water despite me covering my eyes prior to spraying this sunscreen on my face! I thought it would go away, but it never did (even after 10 minutes) - I had to run to bathroom to wash it off.The sunscreen also took a bit long to dry, and when it did dry it was felt greasy and heavier than what I'm used to.Luckily, I was able to purchase this product when it was on sale for half price. However, I would never purchase it if it was full price. There are better sunscreens than this on the market that are much more affordable and does not sting your eyes!!

It’s not greasy at all, so even my husband (who hates greasy suncream) has begrudgingly accept being sprayed with it! It does seem to protect against the sun, with the added bonus of setting makeup rather than ruining it. It doesn’t sting the eyes either. The only thing that lets it down is the price - I found a similar product after I purchase this one for a much cheaper price, and it’s not a huge can. Whilst you don’t need to use a lot of it in one go, £25 is very expensive for something you do need to keep topped up regularly on your skin in order for it to be effective.
